Excavation in foundations and trenches etc, in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs, in all kind of soil in P.W. & J.W. 50 % Each.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- in foundation and Plinth in bed.including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :- in walls (any thickness but not 0.10 mtrs thickness) including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick and welded with angle iron frame of 30x30x5 mm so as to give a frame of fair finish including centring , shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

a) Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floorsetc. 200 mm in thickness.

b) Vertical surface such as such as wall ( any thickness parttions & the like i/c attached pillars buttresses plinth & string courses & the like.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement Mortor 1:3 ( 1Cement: 3 Sand) and curing complete including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor. Roofs, landings shelves and cantilevers upto floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending and binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint in grating framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similar works including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Laying and jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube for In Let , Out Let and Scour pipe (light grade) tube fitting (earth work to be measured and paid for seperately) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by tbe Engineer Inchargte. 50 mm dia

Supplying and fixing of MS (man holes cover ) with locking arrangement for frame of internal dimension 455x610 mm rectangular MS cover ( light duty) single seat the weight of cover to be not less 23 KG, (weight more than 23 kg will not be paid. Weight less than 23 Kg will not be accepted) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum, Shingles, Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds,disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying,jointing,testing & commissioning in trenches following dia socketted galvanised mild steel tube of various dia of light grade as under confirming to BIS 1239-(Part-1)-1990 or latest with up to date ammendments, capable of with standing required test pressure as BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr.The pipe ends shall be socketted,Tees & bends shall be manufactured from parent pipe etc and cutting of pipes whereever required as per stie requirement as per site conditions i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer-Incharge.(Earth work shall be measured paid for separately).
