Supply and Laying GI tubing medium grade of size 50 mm with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces etc complete in trenches of following sizes after taking down old unserviceable GI pipes all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid separately.

Repairs to leakage / damaged G.I. pipe of size 50/40 mm bore including necessary excavation, returning, filling in removal/ pump out the line water cutting out GI pipes at both ends replacement of GI Pipe and jointing with new fittings accessories such as sockets, tees, reducers, Nipples, Bends etc. all as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note:- G.I. pipe length will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of sch A

Supply and fix in repairs gun metal gate valve of size 50 mm ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends all as directed.

S&F in repairs un plasticised PVC pipe, 25mm bore of pressure rating 10 Kg/Sqcm with all fittings, fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors complete with snap clips hooks etc and taking out old unserviceable one all as specified an as directed

All as per item No 15 above but of size 20 mm bore dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying/taking out GI pipe line all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing the dirt, sediments, silt, algae, fungi etc, from the bottom and walls of the inside of the RCC Under Ground Sump of 10,000 Ltrs capacity by dewatering the sump and cleaning the complete inner surfaces by rubbing / scrapping by wire brush to remove the sludge, washing with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge, water completely including applying one coat of white wash to all the inner surfaces, and details of tanks like date of cleaning , capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the out side of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 20 cm high in white colour , over a black background of size 100x60 cm and charges included for pump set for de watering incl operator all as specified and directed

M&L for removing the dirt, sediments, silt, algae, fungi etc, from the bottom and walls of the inside PVC Service tanks kept on roof top of buildings or on stagings, cleaning the surface using brush and other cleaning materials such as bleaching powder as required including writing the capacity of the tank and date of cleaning with white enamel paint over black back ground all as specified and directed for the following capacity of tanks at different locations on Technical/Residential Buildings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Monoblock Pumpset from the existing position for servicing including opening the pump replacing the unserviceable ball bearings of suitable size for capacities up to 5 HP including greasing complete all as specified and directed

Repairs and servicing of Electric chlorinedozing Pump/ system Make Sathya sai Aquua Pura Services with Antisiphon valve including servicing of pump and motor with repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts like piston, stroke controler, suction and delivery tubing, PVC foot valve, nozzle, solution tank inlet, PVC water tubing 15mmbore, gate valve 15mm size etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of pump set's starter panel after dismantling the incomming and outgoing connections from MCCB's/MCB's and replacing the old unserviceable gland, lugs, nuts &bolts, push buttons, indicating lamps, supporting insulators etc, and checking the serviceability of MCB's cables and earth continuity conductor including replacement of worn out and unserviceable minor accessories allas specified and directed

M&L for Replacement of unserviceable DOL Starter suitable for motor up to 5 HP including connections

Repairing the old Valve pit of dimension 60x45x45 cm by taking out plaster and rendering with 10mm thick CM(1:4) including PCC (1:3:6) TYPE C2, brick work in CM (1:4) as required and applying two coats of white wash on plastered surface including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer over steel surfaces after preparation, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting pumpset including preparation old surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking the signs, letters, Nos on the pumpset of capacity up to 2HP all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of old painted GI pipe of any size on the external surfaces after preparation, located in and out of Pump House, by scrapping and cleaning of external surfaces and applying two coats of Sky Blue paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling , taking out complete burnt winding wire of submersible motor including cleaning of stator slots replacement of defective parts and rewinding with existing type & gauge of copper wire as per motor capacity and using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. replacement of submersible cable as required length complete all as directed of rating 1.5/2HP Single phase

Material Labour for fixing Mechanical joint suitable 80 mm dia GI pipe, fabricated and made out of MS sheet of thickness 6/8 mm including welding work, rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for removing the dirt, sediments, silt, algae, fungi etc, from the bottom and walls of the inside of the RCC over head tank of following capacity by dewatering the over head tank by any means and cleaning the complete inner surfces by rubbing / scrapping by wire brush to remove the sludge, washing with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge, water completely including applying one coat of white wash to all the inner surfaces, one coat of black bituminous paint(suitable for drinking water application) to metal ladder inside the tank and details of tanks like date of cleaning ,capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the outside of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 20 cm high in white colour , over a black background of size 100x60 cm all as specified and directed
