Serial Item No 1: Design supply, install, testing and commissioning of 08 passengers Lift in the existing lift well, speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor of 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G + 14 upper floors i.e. with 15 stops and 15 landings with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening sliding steel door with moon rock finish of 16 gauge with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescuer device (ARD) system with batteries, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door), complete all as specified and directed.

(a) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (i) Type & Capacity : Passenger elevator for 08 persons (544Kg). (ii) Type of drive: Variable voltage and variable frequency drive with microprocessor based controller + 5 mm landing accuracy with speed encoder. (iii) Speed: 1.5 meter per second. (iv) Travel: Suitable for passenger travel of Approx 55 meters, (opening on same side). (v) Existing well size: 2300 mm x 2300 mm deep (over plaster) (approx) without any projected beam/column. (vi) Power supply: 03 Phase, 415 V, 50Hz (should withstand variation of + 5%). (vii) Inner size: 1300mm x 1100mm deep (Approx). (viii) Car enclosure: Stainless steel panel body of 16 gauge with moon rock finish, SS false ceiling (hairline finish) and stainless steel handrail of standard dia and size with hair line finish and splinter proof mirror of 4 mm thickness in front half of the lift car.

(ix) Flooring: Polished granite flooring. (x) Electric light: LED Light fitting (Min 04 Nos). (xi) Fan: Fresh Air fan 380mm sweep – 01 No. (xii) Car entrance: Automatic, centre opening, sliding doors. (xiii) Clear opening: Not less than 800mm x 2000mm high. (xiv) Operation door: Automatic operation with stainless steel frame front opening landing door of toughened glass not less than 12 mm thick. (xv) Control: Simplex full collective with and without attendant. (xvi) Indicators: Hall position indicators for car & landing direction and position indicator with stainless steel fixtures at all floors. (xvii) Main drive and control shall be latest , high efficient and low power consumption.

(b) STANDARD FEATURES (i) Anti nuisance car call protection. (ii) Automatic car return device (home landing). (iii) Independent service (for duplex only). (iv) Overloading device with tripping system including warning indicator both audio and visual types . (v) Nudging buzzer if door is held open for more than 30 sec.. (vi) Emergency fireman’s service. (D) HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE (HID) (i) Hall button with micro stroke push buttons combined with 16-segment digital LED display position indicator. (ii) Full height car operating panel with micro stroke call push buttons (located on side panel) . (iii) Door open/Door closed on car operating panel. (iv) 2-way intercommunication system. NOTES FOR ITEM No 1 & 2 : (i) Contractor should keep the lift functional by repairing/replacing [as decided by AGE(I)] the components during the defects liability period.

Serial Item No 3: M&L for earthing complete with M.S galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal GL. connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel including excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia bar, 3 Nos both way, 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of size 20 mm dia medium grade ,lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr including Charcoal dust , salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part -1, 2009 specification.

Serial Item No 4: M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip 25 x 4 mm dia Galvanised Iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recessed or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Serial Item No 5: Comprehensive maintenance, servicing and repairs including renewal/replacement of defective parts including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) of fully automatic operated 08 passengers Lifts-02 Nos of speed 1.5m/sec after 2 years of defect liability period suitable to ground plus fourteen floors ( G + 14 upper floors ) i.e with 15 stops and 15 landings with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVF drive), automatic operated door system complete with all standard accessories and control system all as specified and directed.

(a) AMC on 1st year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 2 Lifts x 12 Months)

(b) AMC on 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 2 Lifts x 12 Months)

(c) AMC on 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 2 Lifts x 12 Months)

Serial Item No 6: Comprehensive maintenance, servicing and repairs including renewal/replacement of defective parts including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) of fully automatic operated 13 passengers Lifts-01 No of speed 1.5m/sec after 2 years of defect liability period suitable to ground plus fourteen floors ( G + 14 upper floors ) i.e. with 15 stops and 15 landings with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVF drive), automatic operated door system complete with all standard accessories and control system all as specified and directed.

(a) AMC on 1st year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 1 Lift x 12 Months)

(b) AMC on 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 1 Lift x 12 Months)

(c) AMC on 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period ( for 1 Lift x 12 Months)

Notes for Serial Item Nos -5 & 6 above :- (i) The rate quoted are deemed to include all/any charges related to renewal of lift license and lift insurance from State Govt/Other Agency.(ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site including any spares to keep the lift operated all the time.(iii) The Maintenance of the lifts should be done through the OEM.(iv) The contractor should attend the complaint/breakdown immediately.(v) Maintenance of the lift should be done as per manufacturer instructions
