Cutting in earth work through mechanical means in all heights / depths and in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, shingle and decomposed of soft rock or hard rock i.e. their intermediate classification and chiselling / wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited including saturated soils and filling in embankments etc. where necessary and disposal of excavated un-serviceable material in all leads and lifts. including through mechanical transporatation, Any damage to the private / public property during execution will be restored by the contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be.The serviceable materials will be stacked in specified dimensions in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer -in- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttiring - all work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level : 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 fine sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for 5.01: Foundations, footings, bases for columns including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Retaining walls,return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses fillets kerbs and steps etc.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)..including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor all level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto all level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more..including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth upto all hieght including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : cement mortar 1:6 ( 1cement : 6 coarse sand)..including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete..including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, retaining/breast wall with 150 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Backfilling behind retaining wall /breast wall abutment, wing wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 I) Granular material .including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting (two or more coats) with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade..including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
