Up gradation of Drainage System at NSCBI Airport SH SITC of Dewatering Pump Motor sets with auto priming and auto operation with level sensors mechanism for Lagoon no 4 Electrical Works

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 40HP KIRLOSKAR Make or any Equivalent make (as per AAI approve make list) end suction horizontal centrifugal pump, Mixed Flow semi open type SS Impeller fitted with suitable rating of priming unit (as per AAI approve make list) fully autometic priming & depriming system suitable for pumping strom water with snad and semi-solids, each having CI casing, SS410 shaft & Sleeve. The pump shall be capable to discharge 800cum/hr at a head of 9M and capable of suction lift in the range 3 to 3.5 Mtr, pump operating speed shall not be more than 1000 rpm. The complete set shall be mounted on a heavy duty common base frame including coupling gaurd, foundation bolt , AVM pad as required and suitable CC foundation etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10 HP KIRLOSKAR Make or any Equivalent make (as per AAI approve make list) end suction horizontal centrifugal pump, Mixed Flow semi open type SS Impeller fitted with suitable rating of priming unit (as per AAI approve make list) fully autometic priming & depriming system suitable for pumping strom water with snad and semi-solids, each having CI casing, SS410 shaft & Sleeve. The pump shall be capable to discharge 200cum/hr at a head of 7.5M and capable of suction lift in the range 3 to 3.5 Mtr, pump operating speed shall not be more than 1450 rpm. The complete set shall be mounted on a heavy duty common base frame including coupling gaurd, foundation bolt , AVM pad as required and suitable CC foundation etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of system controller to control operation of Dewatering pump of capacity 40 HP of 3 Nos , in sequence by getting comands from Level switch as per specifications consisting of relays, timers, sensors, annuciation windows for fault indication, SMS alert system,complete as required and as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of system controller to control operation of Dewatering pump of capacity 10 of HP of 3 Nos , in sequence by getting comands from Level switch as per specifications consisting of relays, timers, sensors, annuciation windows for fault indication, SMS alert system,complete as required and as specified.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of M.S.ERW heavy duty pipe conforming to IS 3589 i/c fixing the pipe with clamps, from floor/ceiling supports and fitting/aceesories like tees, flanges, tapers, bends, bolts, nuts, fasteners, gaskets,supports including providing expansion short piece with flange for expanding the suction pipe line from 350mm to 400mm dia and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. (Suction pipe) a) 400 NB (wall thickness 7.00 mm)

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of M.S.ERW heavy duty pipe conforming to IS 3589 i/c fixing the pipe with clamps, from floor/ceiling supports and fitting/aceesories like tees, flanges, tapers, bends, bolts, nuts, fasteners, gaskets,supports and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. (Discharge pipe) a) 350 NB (wall thickness 6.35 mm)

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of M.S.ERW heavy duty pipe conforming to IS 3589 i/c fixing the pipe with clamps, from floor/ceiling supports and fitting/aceesories like tees, flanges, tapers, bends, bolts, nuts, fasteners, gaskets,supports and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. (Discharge pipe/Suction ) a) 200 NB (wall thickness 6.35 mm)

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr Long, 40mm dia i/c all accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate, having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode i/c connection with GI nut, bolt, spring washer excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm X 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.. Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supply of Prewired LED light 40 W (model no. MAGNUMGRANDILS40WLED857SPC HAVELLS make or any other equivalent make as per AAI approved make , complete with all accessories and lamp etc. as required.

Supply of 150 Watts light fitting (model no. JETAPROPLUSFL150LED757LTG , HAVELLS make or any other equivalent make as per AAI approved make , complete with all accessories and lamp etc. as required.

Installation, Testing, commissioning prewired 40watt surface/pendant type LED fitting of all type complete with all accessories and lamp etc. directly on ceilling/wall including connections with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated, Cu. Conductor, single core multi-stranded cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, Testing, commissioning of 150 Watts LED lighting with supply & fixing sutiable dia, 1.5 mtrs. Length, 32mm class B GI pipe , 40mm X 3mm MS clamp, FRP loop in out box fitted with 2 way 10 A terminal block, connection with 3C X 1.5mm three core multi stranded PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor cable, earthing, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 8 way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 40 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. A) DP pole, MCB
