Construction of Sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirment to table 300 2 with lead upto 1000 mtr as per technical 2 specification clause 303.1 within all leads and lift and complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation and Consolidation of Sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulation etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth within all leads and lift and complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and chamber applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specifications clause 405 within all leads and lift and complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8(1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including consolidation finishing and tamping complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
