Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil ,all complete as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil compete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the staring complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old 100 mm GI/DI Pipe bore and connecting (including with all fitting ) from trenches /wall and removing the unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old 150 mm bore GI/DI Pipe and connecting (including with all fitting ) from trenches /wall and removing the unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for 100 mm bore , ductile iron pipe, centrifugally cast spun ductile iron iron pipe bore with spigot and socket ends, cetrifugaly cast, class-K9 (IS-8329-2000) with tytan joints, internal cement mortar lining and Zinc bituminous coating on external surface in any length, laid in trenches/pillar complete all as specifified and as directed. Make: Electrosteel Casting Ltd. or equivalent

Supply and fix in repairs chlorine/chemical dosing system CDS series FRP solution preparetion cum settling tank capacity 100 ltrs with lid,port hole inlet/outlet/dran connection ,level gauge etc and fitting with speed reducing motor and SS-316 agitator complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix sluice valve of type PN-1.6 and size 100 mm bore with gun metal raising spindleboth ends flanged confirming to IS 14846 -2000 and drilled with necessary holes including jointing material viz nuts,bolts,rubber gaskets etc with iron wheel head including flange joints complete all as specified and as directed. Materials and Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pits with sub -class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6) of size (90 x 90 x90 ) cm (internal dimension) with one brick walling and 120 cm x 120 cm x 10 cm base thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surface including MS cover of size 01 mtr x 01 mtr made out from 3 mm thick . MS sheet including (40x40x5) mm angle iron framing on MS cover as well as on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the MS cover with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work including demolition of the existing old valve complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix DI fittings like bends (any type, radius angle), tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socketed etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs for spigot socketed pipes of upto 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.
