Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of four nos. of Water Cooled Chiller AC units-135 TR in BF-5 atRourkela Steel Plant

• Bidder should be an OEM of Water Cooled Chiller AC or Authorized dealer/ channelpartner of OEM. Bidder (Other than OEM) to submit bid specific authorization fromOEM along with their bid.

• Bidder must have successfully completed Supply, erection and Commissioning of minimum 1 (one) no. system of minimum 135 TR screw chiller unit including mechanicalwork in any Govt. Organization/PSU/Public Limited Company/Joint Venture Company wherein at least one partner shall be Central or State Govt. Organization or PSUduring last 7 (seven) years from the last day of previous month to the issue of Tenderenquiry.

• The average annual financial turnover during last three consecutive financial yearsending 31st March 2025 should not be less than

Rs 1.00 crore (Rs One Crore only).

Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act,2013 or its subsequent revisions

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive as on the last balance sheet date, as peraudited annual accounts.

• All financial documents such as Annual Turnover, Balance sheet, profit & lossstatement. etc. Certified by Chartered Accountant (CA) submitted by the bidder mustcontain Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
