Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels / slops / gradients and getting out complete.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering well, ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing at a leve n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Cast iron bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tees pieces single branches, ‘Y’ junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket & spigot) collar, caps and plugs etc upto 150 mm bore size complete.

S&F CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with required all new fitting ISI marked fixed on trenches with fixing arrangement of following sizes:-

25 mm bore

32 mm bore

40 mm bore

S&F CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with required all new fitting ISI marked fixed on wall/floor with fixing arrangement of following sizes:-

Taking up or down GI steel tubing and connections of any description including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete.

Renewal of gun metal globe or gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes of following sizes:-

Renewal of cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.5 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints of following sizes as required:-

Supply and fixing of CPVC union of 25mm diameter

Supply and fixing of CPVC union of 32mm diameter

Supply and fixing of CPVC union of 40mm diameter

Taking up cast iron pipe line (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the following bore of pipes:-

Supply ,laying jointing,commissioning and testing Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9 conforming to IS-8329-2K in any length laid in trenches including rubber tighten joint as required at site complete all as specified and directed of following size :-

Ductile iron bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tees pieces single branches, ‘Y’ junction, double branch cross including jointing materials on line(all sockets or socket & spigot) collar, caps and plugs etc upto 200 mm bore size complete.

Carrying out scheduled Testing of water or when ordered of various water sources including borewells, AMC incomming and user point from Central laboratory.

Note for item no 15: The working includes material and labour for taking up all existing connections from pipe line and connecting/refixing after replacement of unserviceable pipe line .The rate for the subject work shall deemed to included in the item rate
