Labour only with all necessary T&P etc for attending day to day complaints of summer appliances including taking out and replacing of defective components of window / split type air conditioners of any capacity through minimum one skilled mechanic and one helper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts/components required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The contractor shall be imposed a penalty at the rate of Rs 500/- per day for each complaint pending for more than 24 Hrs.

S&F in replacement including installation, commissioning and fixing of reverse cycle valve of any make suitable for window type AC 1.50 Ton capacity including required copper pipe and two way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of Gas charging.

Taking down 1.50 Ton capacity window type air conditioner, cleaning with MAC solution, Servicing of inner surface, overhauling of blower motor including cleaning of cooling coil and condenser coil with MAC solution and including filter cooling and pressed air with blower, replacement of worn out parts, assembling, testing on full load and reinstallation at site as directed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 25.00 here-in-before but 1.50 Ton capacity split type air conditioner with inner and outer unit complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 25.00 here-in-before but 2.00 Ton capacity split type / casset type air conditioner with inner and outer unit including casset ACs complete all as specified and directed. Note for item : 25 to 27 :- The worn out items / parts of AC shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of BOQ.

Taking down of AC 1.5 Ton capacity cleaning, preparation of the body for painting and applying one coat of black bitumen paint on inner side and one coat of synthetic enamel paint on outer cover, marking SM / MES No. with stencil, re-installation at site and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for gas charging M/R-12 / M/R-22 / R-134 / R410a to the following appliances including removal of old fitter, copper tubing / capillary and replacement of new filter, capillary, short piece of copper tubing of equipment and leakage testing of the same on full load after re-installation of the same at site complete all as specified and directed: -

Taking down old sub main wiring of any description and M&L for new concealed sub main wiring with two runs of 6 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistandered copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade drawn through & including PVC non metalic concuit of 20mm / appropriate dia with accessories and fittings, one run of 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistandered copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of cabe, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metalic conduit of 20mm / appropriate dia shall be measured as one run length. Cost of cable required for connection for DBs (AC) shall be deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately.

Taking down old desert coolers 4000-5000 CFM capacity cleaning , preparation of the body and applying one coat of black bitumen paint on inner side and one coat of synthetic enamel paint on outer cover including marking SM/MES No. with stencil, re-installation at site and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out following machines and preparation of old surface by removing existing paint complete, removing denting, repairing of patch work including replacement and re-assembling with new GI sheet 20 SWG (if required) and welding, soldering and applying one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint (color approved by EIC/GE) including writing of SM No/Sl No. with stencil and tested at sites on full load and re-installation in the same position complete all as s directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The unserviceable AC, retrieved from site to be deposited to MES store yard.
