Procurement of Tri-Cycle Van for Conservancy Service. Specification:- i) Supply of Tri-Cycle Van supported on heavy type chassis of reputed brand for carriage of solid waste with rubber air tube & tyre (make RALSON or BEDROCK or METRO Rickshaw tyre with tubes) fitted with steel rim (make KW or NIRMA or NEELAM with Swastik / Anchor spokes and hubs) of size 600 mm. dia for front and rear wheel, size of the carrier portion should be 1500 mm. x 900 mm. (L x B), the height (H) of the carrier portion should be 450 mm. ; the frame (make KW or NEELAM) of the carrier portion should be made of ISA 30 x 30 x 5 mm. & M.S. flat of size 18 mm. x 5 mm. , the Handle (make KW or NEELAM), the Gear (make KW or NEELAM) with birdi free and paddle axle, the Bearing (2 nos. 6207SKF or NBC with bearing socket and bearing cover), the Fork (make KW or NEELAM with fork guard), the Chain (make VELLO or NIRMA or KW) , the Mudguard (make KW or NEELAM), out of four vertical of the carrier – the back side should be covered with best quality fiber glass sheet (plain) of thickness 2 mm. which should be operable, three other fixed sides should be covered with best quality fibre sheet (plain) of thickness 2 mm., the bottom surface made up of 2 mm. thick G.I. sheet & fixed with nuts & bolts, height of the cart (from ground to top of carrier portion)should be 750 mm., inclusive of all necessary parts, accessories parts, accessories & equipments needed for making a Tri-Cycle Van etc. All complete with necessary painting & fixing a metallic name plate with number, on the body of the Tri-Cycle Van as per the model attached herewith and also as per the Direction on Engineer-in-charge.
