OD7008/2022-2023: Supplying and Installing Gravity feed Gas Chlorinator feeding up to 2.00Kg/Hour with breathing apparatus and 100Kg chlorine cylinders with all safety measures and the following accessories (1) 100 Kg Cylinder with connecting pipe between chlorine cylinder and primary filter up to 2.00 m copper pipe both end connect with brass nut and nipple.(2)Primary filter need from chemically treated PVDF rod which resist 10kg/CM2 pressure. Inside rod MS pipe necessary glass wool shall be filled which will be helpful to arrest possible chlorine impurities with necessary moisture glass tube and PVC nut.(3)Diaphragm type pressure gauge shall be with Teflon packing having range 0 to 14kg/cm2/0 to 200PSI.(4)Chlorine control valve /needle valve shall be made from brass and having ISI specification,(5)Gas bend pipe shall be of PVC chemically treated 20mm dia pipe to resist 10kg/cm2 pressure from primary filter to secondary filter (6) Secondary filter shall be made of chemically treated PVC rod of 36mm dia which resist moisture by having in side glass wool and having glass non return valve, PVC moisture nut and moisture glass tube(7) Gas bend having glass non return valve(PVC NRV Bend) to connect secondary filter and mixing chamber made from 20mm Pipe (PVC) (8)Mixing chamber is made from 90mm Chemically treated PVX pipe ,Boro Silicate glass tube of 75mm dia , glass orifice tube., rubber ring and rubber bush (9)PVC tee with diaphragm valve for inlet for water and drainage of chlorinated wastage from mixing chamber shall be fixed at bottom of mixing chamber. (10) PVC water bend made from chemically treated PVC pipe of 20mm dia and connecting mixing chamber and solutionizer. (11)PVC solutionizer made from PVC pipe of 63mm dia bottom - out let connection to join chlorine solution line. (12) Panel board from phylum sheet- thickness 7 to 8 mm size of size 90x45cm .All these primary filter , secondary filter ,mixing chamber and solutionizer are mounted on the panel board including safety equipment oxygen mask fire extinguisher exhaust fan, including all test certificate and registration of the chlorine cylinder and filling of chlorine gas from TCC etc. (Rate of observed data for chlorinator  is taken from the TS approved estimates under Pathanamthiita Public health Division (EST NO:2020/19092,EST NO:2020/19094,EST NO:2020/24245). OD6974/2022-2023:Supply of 100 kg capacity chlorine cylinder (additional) including all test certificate and registration of the cylinder and filling of Chlorine gas at TCC etc... complete. (Rate of observed data for chlorinator  is taken from the TS approved estimates under Pathanamthiita Public health Division (EST NO:2020/19092,EST NO:2020/19094,EST NO:2020/24245).
