Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc complete all as specified & directed .

Forming jambs, etc., in CM 1:4 to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified & directed .

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. S & F vitreous China wash basin, any colour, flat back size 550 mm X 400mm with full pedestal including 32mm brass chromium plated waste coupling ,PVC 32 mm bore waste pipe, chromium plated Grating including bracket , fixing of pillar tap & PCC 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for embedding brackets & making good disturbed surface with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified light coloured shed ceramic floor tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shed ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm ,on vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for coloured Non digital paver vitrified exterior tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, in floors etc., over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced)in ground floor & paving of any thickness (above or below ground level )by mechanical tools and removing excavated material exceeding 1.50 km and not exceeding 5.0 km complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.
