Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) of 25 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloured cement including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for fixing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate includes for cutting for offsets, wastage if any as per site requirement etc.,

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) of 100 mm thick as in sub base of pathway complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed designer coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigment as in floors including screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of framed trusses of span n.exc 10m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS:1161-1979 Grade St-240 and painted one shop coat of zink chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at work shop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) of 10 mm thick, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments as required all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut with diameter of shank 16 to 20 mm, but length of bolt exc 15 cm but n.exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of enamel paint over a coat or a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.,) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 and painted one shop coat of zink chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface)complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes at 1 Metre interval to a depth of 60 mm x 20 mm dia and applying 2 mm thick brush bond over the concrete surfaceby mixing acrylic emulsion NITO BOND BB 4 Ltr with brush bond powder 23 kgs and water 4 ltr slurry all as per technical specificationas per manufacturers instruction and as required complete including pond testing for three days complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bottom slab area only measured for payment, the treatment carried in adjacent beams shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Unplasticized PVC Pipes 50 mm bore with pressure rating 10 Kg/Sqm fixed to walls ceilings and floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium door, window and partition (of any type/size) and refixing the same including necessary repair/replacement such as rolling wheels, straighting of edges, mongry,bringing at a level with required cutting adjusting of any description to the same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, mongry, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick veneered decorative Plywood, grade-1 [with BWR resin] with decorative face veneers on both faces termite proof fixed in aluminium doors work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings through walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings etc., or cutting out defective masonry for under pinning including providing, fixing and removing, shoring, cleaning and stacking stone/ brick and removing surplus to store / brick and rubbish off the premises old masonry walls built in CM work complete all as specified and directed. Note: The volume of demolished portion shall only be measured for payment. The portion of placing hold fast shall be demeed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying upto 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixing machine for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint over a coat of cement based wall care putty on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Exterior Emulsion Painting and allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only.
