High Voltage Equipment

11 KV RMU

Supply of 11 KV, 630 A, 21KA/3sec, SF6 Gas insulated, outdoor, LHS extensible Ring Main Unit (RMU) consist of three (3) Vaccum Circuit Breakers as incomer and two (2) Vacuum Circuit breaker as outgoing and one (1) air insulated PT Module along with Auto-Change over schemes in incomers.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV SF6 insulated (+vvvvv+M), Ring Main Unit including hoisting to the respective location, assembling of units, lining up, bolting the units, checking all the control wirings, calibration of all measuring instrumens, pre commissioning checks, all the tests at site as per standards etc, including suitable RCC foundation complete and as detailed in technical speicification. including suitable RCC foundation complete and as detailed in technical specification.

11 KV/ 433 V CSS

Supply of 11 KV/433V UNIPACK Compact Sub-Station with 400 KVA Dry Transformer and 3 way RMU at HT side.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV/ 433 V UNIPACK Compact Sub-Station with 400 KVA including hoisting to the respective location, assembling of units, lining up, bolting the unit , checking all the control wirings, callbration of all measuring instruments, pre-commissioning checks, all the tests at site as per standards etc, including suitable RCC foundation complete and as detailed in technical specification. including suitable RCC foundation complete and as detailed in technical specification.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 11 KV 3 C X 300 sqmm comforming to IS 7098 amended upto date:

Laying of one number xlpe power cable of 11 KV grade of 3c x 300 sqmm. size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench with warning tapes etc. as required.

LT Cable

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade 3.5 C X 400 sqmm comforming to IS 7098 amended upto date:

Laying of one number xlpe power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 C x 400 sqmm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench with warning tapes etc. as required.

Termination

HT Termination

Supplying and termination of 22 KV premolded screened separable connector for XLPE insulated 3 Core cables with aluminum conductor 1 R X 3C X 400 Sqmm for RMU side, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making indoor/outdoor 3C X 300 Sq.mm cable and termination with heat shrining jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 crore XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

LT Termination

Supplying and termination of cable end termination's for PVC and Ar cable uisng tinned copper/Al lugs, Compressed brass glands, taping crimping, individual earthing of glands, etc 3.5 C 400 sq, Ar. Al cable.

Earthing And Safety Equipment

Earthing of RMU with C.I. earth pipe 4 metre long, 100 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with heavy duty CI cover plate of 300 x 300 mm having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with 64 Kg Charcoal/Coke and 5 kg salt as required (As Per IS 3043 ammended update)

Earthing of CSS with chemical type earthing with GI pipe 50 mm dia x 3000 mm length including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with heavy duty CI cover plate of 300 x 300 mm having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with 50 Chemical (As Per IS 3043 ammended update)

Providing and fixing GI Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required 50 x 6 mm

Miscellaneous

Earth work (All kind of soil) in excavation by mechnical means (Hydraullic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts. Bolts and washers as required also with ncessary provisions for opening arrangement-complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade.

Dismentalling and received back to UPCL store existing,RMU, Transformer, cables etc. including labour charges, loading, unloading and freight.

Annual maintenance contract of 1 Nos-11 KV RMUand 1 Nos-CSS for first year with spare parts (Damage due to spark and burn shall be excluded from AMC).

Annual maintenance contract of 1 Nos-11 KV RMU and 1 Nos-CSS for second year with spare parts (Damage due to spark and burn shall be excluded from AMC).

Annual maintenance contract of 1 Nos-11 KV RMU and 1 Nos-CSS for third year with spare parts (Damage due to spark and burn shall be excluded from AMC).
