Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed Not less than 90 percentage of the contract value as Prime Contractor at least one similar nature of work such as Construction of Low Level Causeway/CTC/Road Bridge Work value not less than 50 percentage of the amount put to tender i.e., for Rs. 24.99 Lakhs in the last five years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25. Additional Weight age of 10 percentage per annum will be given for the cost of work to bring it to 2025-26 level. Work done Certificate obtained from the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned division shall be uploaded and counter signed by Superintending Engineer of concerned circle. Note: Work done certificate to be uploaded should have following information: Date of Agreement, Agreement period, Contract or Agreement value, Amount of work executed, Percentage of financial progress with respect to contract value, Date of completion of work and Work Indent No.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period achieved in at least two financial years a minimum an financial turnover of i.e., Rs. 99.95 Lakhs Usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25. Audited Profit and Loss account statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly mentioning the UDI number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. The annual turnover of previous years shall be updated to 2025-26 at 10 Percentage per annum.

BID CAPACITY- The tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value the available tender Capacity will be calculated as under- Assessed available tender Capacity AxNx2.50-B. Where A- Maximum value of civil engineering works Executed in any one year during the last five years updated to 2024-25 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N- Number of years i.e., 6 months prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B- Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited.
