Earth work in excavation for foundation of structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimeter) compacted thickness of each layers including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire the satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls complete and retaining walls complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1203 and 1604 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for road way with approved materials from borrowpits , or other sources in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm (Two hundred milimeter) thick each layers and compacted with 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred) K.N static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 of technical specifications to lines, grades, levels and cross sections as per Drawings or direction of the Engineer-in-Charge to Technical specification clause 301 and other relevent clauses including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water where ever required including handling of material for construction of embankments within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipments, tools and materials and safety measures payment of all taxes, octroi royality GST and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects.

Providing, laying, Soling 90 to 45mm ( Ninety to forty five milimetre) nominal size Grading-1, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 Kn. Static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per technical specification Clasue 405 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade- M-25 (M-Twenty Five) in open foundation design mix with cement contents not less than 400 kg (Four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre using graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1400, including the cost of form work and curing complete including hauling of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in super structure upto all floor lavels as per PWD specification drawing and design and curing complete including scaffolding. 15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth, in rough side with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) complete including curing as per PWD specification. Providing and laying 10mm (Ten millimeters) thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco/Kajaria/cera or its equivalent double charged 600x600x10mm (Six hundred into six hundred into ten millimeters) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, tread of steps and landings laid over 12mm (Twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm (Eighty milimtere) of approved make having comprassive strength of M-50 as per drawings and MORD Technical Specification section 1500 including sand bedding, carriage of material within all leads and lifts, other incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint in beams joints, channels angles tees flats with connections plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like. B.P. sheet 2 mm (two millimetre) thick of TATA/SAIL for eaves board/Facia/Soffit/Ceiling including cutting, fixing and jointing with gass/electric welding with steel roof member and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per PWD specification, approved drawing and design (frame work is to be measured and paid for separately) including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (IS marked Z-120) of TATA Durashine/ sail over steel trussed in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametres with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per specification, drawing and design including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
