Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge 2nd class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. 40mm thick shutters 1st class Deodar wood including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, clerestory windows & doors with mild steel flat 15 x 3 mm & nuts & bolts complete, Galvanised mild steel wire gauge with 0.63 mm dia wire & 1.4 mm aperture on both sides including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs. to scratches complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads, lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
