S & F 18 gauge powder coated aluminium frame work of size 85 x 45 mm with and including snap beads, rubber gasket, fixing arrangements in partitions/ cabins, fixed in wall & floor complete all as specified as under:- (i) Vertical members at a spacing not more than 1.2 M. (ii) Horizontal members (04 Nos) first at bottom, second at 1.2 M height, third at 2.10 M height and fourth at top. (iii) Prelaminated particle board (both sides prelaminated) 12 mm thick interior grade, as approved by GE from bottom of partition upto 1.2 M height. (iv) 5.5 mm thick tinted glass as approved by GE in balance portion of partition/cabins. Note :- Position of doors in the cabins shall be as per the directions of GE.

S & F Aluminium powder coated doors including all necessary snap beads, rubber gasket complete all as specified under:- (i) Bottom and lock rail of size 100x45 mm (ii) side rails and top rail of size 45 x 45 mm. (Weight of powder coated aluminium section shall not be less than 1.50 Kg/RM. (iii) Lower panel of door shall be provided with 12 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board as approved by GE. (iv) Upper panel of door shall be provided with 5.5 mm thick tinted glass as approved by GE. (v) Each door shall be provided with Aluminium hinges (03 Nos), hydraulic door closer (01 No.), Mortice lock 100 mm size brass (04 levers), 150 mm long aluminium handles (02 Nos) & 150 mm long aluminium tower bolts (02 Nos).

Dismantling of old wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on brick work surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (liquid) as per manufacture instruction, finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement in CM 1:4 including taking down cement plaster on bricks or concrete surface of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing dwon with water complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L two coats of weather proof emulsion paint Apex in newly plastered surface over a coat of primer incl preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Digital vitrified coloured joint freee tiles 1200 x 600 (square / rectangular) of 8 to 10mm thick, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 incl demolition of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Digital vitrified coloured joint freee tiles 1200 x 600 (square / rectangular) of 8 to 10mm thick, as in vertical surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl screed bed of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats frames but with shutters (with out taking off shutter from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, with frame side hung openable type with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including 4mm thick glass with necessary, galzing clip, rubber packing with and including following fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.),hinges type B-21 100mm long (2no.) suitable handle ,(01 no.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25micron thick heat absorbing glass & reflective Solar control Film sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle Block boards, exterior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination , fixed with screws as in cup board shutters & shelves etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in grills ,grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted,or forged in to spike frame guard bars , iron door etc confirming to Fe-41o-o or 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.
