Returning, fillingin, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Hand packing with broken stone or boulders ( any thickness) at back of the retaining walls etc and raising ( or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry or precast PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
