Works of TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF EWS-I RESIDENTIAL FLATS & SHOPS INCLUDING ALL INTERNAL INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES & AREA DEVELOPMENT WORK AT T.P. SCHEME NO. 54(BHESTAN), F.P. NO. 71 UNDER “PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJNA 2.0-AHP” ON ENGINEERING-DESIGNING,PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION BASIS (EPC MODE). Including, necessary engineering survey, structural designing, and all constructing activities like excavation, construction of all types of structure, finishing works like masonry work, plastering, painting, flooring etc, doors, windows, grills, and all internal and external amenities, electrification, internal & external electrification including cable laying up to meter area for electrical utility services, DG Set, water supply, drainage, network, TSTP, Organic waste converter, storm water drain (if necessary as per opinion of SMC). R.C.C. roads, VDS and Paver block in marginal area, water proofing treatment, anti termite treatment, lift-elevators, compound wall, Entry gate, fire fighting system, landscaping, Gas line network, rainwater harvesting with all material and labour etc. as per minimum required specifications stated in tender documents and Architectural Planning and design approved by SMC, including all taxes, charges, royalties, etc. complete as mentioned in the scope of work of the tender documents including all license to be obtained at the cost of contractor.
