Main Scope of Work

Dismantling of Machine

In-situ repair of top cover with repair / replacement of SS Liner Plate by bolting arrangement.

Repair of Stay Vanes

Repairing of 15 Bladed Francis Runner along with top and bottom moving labyrinth and replacement of bushes,

Workshop Repair of Runner cone

Workshop repair of Guide vanes

Workshop repair of Top Static labyrinth

Fixing of Top Static Labyrinth

Workshop repair of Lower cylinder

Workshop repair of Bottom Static labyrinth

Fixing of Bottom Static Labyrinth

Replacement of Turbine sealing Assembly, and Rotating shaft sleeve

Removal of rotating sleeve and MS segments mounting bolts from turbine shaft including welding, drilling and tapping of new holes

In-situ repair/workshop repair of pivot Ring including repair/replacement of SS Liner plate, welding of damaged holes and drilling new holes for lower bush housing.

Repair of Lower Bush Housings including repair of its hole and replacement of damaged gun metal bushes/Replacement of Lower bush housing if required. ( Bushes / Lower Bush Housing will be provided by UJVNL)

Repair of Upper Bush Housings including replacement of damaged gun metal bushes /Replacement of upper bush housing if required. ( Bushes / Upper Bush Housing will be provided by UJVNL)

Overhauling of both servomotor including replacement of piston ring and seals including setting of stroke

In-situ Repair / Replacement of TGB Housing and associated works

Assembly of Unit

Leveling , Alignment , Centering and Bearing Pad Setting of machine including leveling and centering of upper and lower bracket of Generator, Leveling of top cover

Spinning, testing and commissioning of machine.

EXTRA WORK IF REQUIRED IN ANY MACHINE

Providing of one skilled EOT crane operator and maintenance of crane during annual maintenance period.

Dynamic Balancing of Machine

Workshop repair of top cover including replacement of SS Liner Plate by bolting arrangement

Dismantling and assembly of Rotor/Machine (for replacement of Top Cover/ workshop repair/ Polishing and Machining of Turbine Shaft Journal/any other work)

Repair and machining of flange of turbine shaft including replacement of damaged runner and shaft coupling bushes

Machining and Polishing of Turbine shaft journal

Minor repair of the spare runner and replacement of skirt band

Repair / Replacement of Thrust collar and mirror disc, Fitting of Thrust Collar and Mirror Disc including in-situ repair of collar seating area at generator shaft and also providing of locking segments and locking ring (Replacement shall be done by new unfinished Thrust collar and Mirror disk available at store after making it finished)

Doweling of TGB Housing with Top Cover and doweling of Top Cover with Stay Ring including centering of top cover.

Repair and Overhauling of both servomotors of MIV

Replacement of taper ring of top cover assembly

Dismantling , workshop repair of service seals and assembly of service seal set of MIV including insitu repair and blue matching of MIV Maintenance seal

Dismantling of MIV, Overhauling, Repair and Machining of sliding Disc of MIV Rotor and Refitting of MIV at location with all associated works including workshop repair of service seal set of MIV including insitu repair and blue matching of MIV Maintenance seal

Overhauling of Air Injection system

Polishing of mirror disc and blue matching with thrust collar

Doweling of lower bracket with foundation plates

Repair of stay ring

HVOF Coating of Runner/Guide vanes/Top cover or other parts (Coating powder will be arrange by contactor itself)

HVOF Coating and polishing of Rotating Sleeve (Coating powder will be arrange by contactor itself)

Routine Maintenance works for the period of 1 months (as per technical specifications)

Design, fabrication, installation of fixture assembly for installation of spare TGB Housing
