Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n'exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including wall cement mortar bedding (But not backing ) and rubbish of premises complete all as directed.

M&L for vetrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (light shade ) (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles and screed bed with M (1:6) 15mm thick for laying floor tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm and nexc .18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments to match the screed bed with CM (1:6) 15mm thick laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (350mmx250mmx7mm/450mmx350mmx 7mm thick ) coloured glazed ceramic tiles set on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match complete including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed for shade, pattern and laying of tiles. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for hard wood 2nd class factory made wooden boarded floors 10mm thick and skirtings planed one side & edges tonged and grooved or rebated , including backing with thermocol sheets or as specified by manufacture including dismantlng all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preperation of new plastered wall surface of any description and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.
