REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT/CONCRETE SPELLING SURFACES, SEEPAGE AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS FOR MD ACCN AT D CAMP, ARKANE LINE, KOTA MORE IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE PANAGARH

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean redious built in cement mortar (1:6 ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6 ) etc all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for chipping out spalled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete clumn, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75x75x2mm as reinforcement to concret surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part cement of OPC 53 grade and two part of Ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out upto 16 metre height) complete as directed at site. Note :- (applied by authorised applicator) (a) After placing the additional reinforcement on all effective concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed down with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25% kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions. (b) When polymix concreting in taking condition, guniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive pvt Ltd Co or their authorise dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on external surfaces of brick wall in two coats (each coat 10 mm thick), and second coat to be applied mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished fair and even all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified. NOTE :- (i) Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply Only. (ii) WPC to be mixed @ 200 ml Per 50 Kg Bag of cement all as per manufacturer's instrutions.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, chhajja, shelves etc to match with existing surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface & apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un -plastered from walls, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls, over and including a coat of white wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white washing on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of complete existing treatment of any description on roof surfaces of any description and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, forign items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pcc 1:2;4 type B I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop rounded ,incl. demlition of old concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in padding for levelling course of roof, rounded or chamfer edge sloping, the roof slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material & labour for preparation any surfaces of roof and applying two caots of Ployuretthene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liqid compound over & including one coat of self priming primer @ one lire per Ten Sqm with reinforcing fabric sheet as per manufactures instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed Notes:- (i) As per description of this item minmum two coats of Ployurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liqid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out by as per manufacturer instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacturer instructions more coats of Polyurethene(PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound & primer are required for roof tratment. (ii) Quoted rate shal be deemed to be included for work in building/Strcture of any height

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltr capacity setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc, and hosting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in postion (cleaning repairing etc. messaured separately) complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair 15 mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought Iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for pre-painted, galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, flat or curved incl ridges hips valleys as in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs including dismantling of plain or corugated steel sheet.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain galvanized 0.63mm thick mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashings, length and girth as fixed of class VIII,including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, flat or curved incl ridges hips valleys as in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.
