REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FILTERATION PLANT OF SWIMMING POOL AND ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN RAIWALA UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

M&L for Complete overhauling, repair and recommissioning of existing filtration units of the filteration plant of swimming pool of capacity 44000 gls/ hrs including taking down and refilling of filter media(gravels of different size) of each stage after proper washing/cleaning and filling of new Filter sand including replacement of defective nozzles complete all as specified and directed consisting of the following operations :-. Opening the man hole top cover of filteration dome, removal of existing exhausted filter media from the vessal, cleaning and scrubbing the internal surface of vessal to make the surface smooth, welding of damaged plates and painting two coats of food grade black bituminous paint on inner side of vessal complete all as specified and directed. Repairing and cleaning under drain water distribution system in the bottom of the vessal cleaning all as specified and directed Filling of washed / cleaned filter media in different layers as directed of under mentioned sizes :-(bottom to top) (i) Pobbles size 6mm to 12mm in mass thickness 100mm complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Gravels size 3mm to 6mm in mass thickness 100mm complete all as specified and directed Painting external surface of entire filter, booster pumping set and connected pipes, pipe line inside the swimming pool bldg with one coat of synthetic enamaled paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Filter sand and strianer nozzles will be measured and paid as per revelant schedule

Supply only Coarse filter sand size 1.2mm to 2.5mm in mass thickness 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polyurethene strainer nozzles thread type (as per existing samples)

Overhauling and repairing to Monoblock centrifugal pumping set of capacity 10 HP 440 V 50 Hz 3 Phase with connected accessories to put the plants in perfect working condition and testing as test sheet given by Engr-in-Charge, aligning CF pumps and motor incl balancing of motor, varnishing of stator,winding with original winding copper wire as suitable as per model and painting of entire pump set with two coats of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of surfaces as reqd, renewal of nuts, bolts and washers, renewal of gland and seats, greasing and oiling and renewal of unserviceable parts incl follwing spare parts :- Supply and fixing gland packing of req size Supply and fixing of Gun metal bushes of reqd size Supply and fixing bearing of suitable sizes for pumps

M&L for overhauling and repair of air compressor rotary key blower type with motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of suction sweeper assembly 24" long complete with Nylone brush, PVC wheels, 50/40 mm NRV suitable for Suction Sweeper .

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable sluice valve cast iron with Stainless steel PN-1.6 and fly nut flanged both ends and drilled for jointing wheel head type conforming to IS 14846 including two flanged joints with nuts bolts and washers rubber insertion packing etc for 150mm bore pipe as in repairs and ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for burning out lead in position and jointing to cast iron pipe of size 200 mm bore spigot and socket by run lead joints including spun yarn and caulking of lead joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

All as per above item No 8 here-in-before but 150mm bore
