SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane and apply three coat of HS Roof Kool & Seal chemical of make Berger or equivalent product in make as mentioned in PS which is a fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane impregnated with nano fibre and specifically formulated with pu acrylic hybrid polymer and also meant for dual effect of waterproofing and heat reduction. Application of 1st coat as a priming coat (50% dilution with water and chemical 50%). After application of priming coat apply two undiluted coat of chemical as per instruction of the manufacturer including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of rate of Water proofing compound and nothing paid extra on this account.

Dismantling of mangalore tiles in roof, apron etc of any description or thickness laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Timber fillets, rials, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 Sq.cm in section, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Timber Scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or Corrugated Steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness of roof in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 0.50 mm thick pre-painted Plain steel galvalume sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with Silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10 micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and over lap of sheets shall be designed for anti capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self drilling and self tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. T&P to reach the roof to fi the sheets to be arranged by the contractor and Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18 to 19mm thick 4'x8' cement fibre board with screws as in roofing including necessary cutting, miltring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2.5 to 3mm thick ceramised asphalt stone, bitumen and fibre sheet shingles/ridge shingle by torching at temperature not less than 1800C over a tack coat of industrial blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm, 60% overlapping area and 40% effective area in sloping/flat roof surface as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Color of singles shall be as approved by GE)

S & F APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. Not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on bituminous primer primed @ 1.2kg/Sqm by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood Timber in clean sawn scantlings Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel work in tubular trusses, purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Plates [Plain & Chequered], channels, square cut or notched [ordinary or counter sunk] forming holes without any attachment including fixed with Nut and Bolt / welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 16 to 20 mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm but n exc 15cm long.complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Seamless Calcium Silicate False Ceiling made out of 12mm thick, 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and applying suitable thickness of Cement based Wall Care Putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer and including Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, rough finish surfaces for receving top layer.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic Tiles, 10 mm thick Double Charged, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size exceeding 0.42 Sq.m and not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, as in Floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic Tiles, double charged, 10 mm thick Coloured, Premium Quality, of size exceeding 0.42 Sq.m and not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.)

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.18 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.)

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 600 mm X 600 mm or 450 mm x 350 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.)

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.)

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars, Wall Lining [Veneering to Wall] etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of Skirting / Dado / Risers and joints shall match with the flooring.)

M&L Heavy duty parking tiles size 300x300mm/400x400mm, 12mm thick set with grey cement and no pigments, jointed and pointed in neat cement slury laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (The color/shade/design of tile shall be approved by GE)

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti - termite Treatment along external walls below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per RM by drilling 12 mm dia holes up to 300 mm deep and 300 mm centre to centre including plugging holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti - termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti - termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion [in oil or kerosene based solution] @ 0.5 litre per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degrees at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered Wall/ ceiling surfaces and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty of make JK / Birla / Jenson & Nicholson / Alltek on cieling including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer on ceiling surfaces up to 2nd floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Painting shall be executed through authorised applicator / agent of approved manufacturer.

Complete removal of existing treatment over wall / ceiling surfaces applying Wall Care Putty of make JK / Birla / Jenson & Nicholson / Altec on internal walls upto clear undulence including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof coat paint [ APEX Ultima or equivalent ] over a coat of primer on external wall /ceiling surfaces over cement based Putty of make JK / Birla / Jenson & Nicholson / Altec upto clear undulence including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made UPVC coloured Sliding Window of any size, Three Track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm [± 0.2mm], Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame [112mm X 52mm], sliding sash [42mm X 67mm], Sliding mesh sash [42mm X 57mm], sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) [45.50mm X 28mm], Glazing bead [24.50mm X 16mm] will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water, etc. , making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket 1.2 ± 0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame [30mmx 18mm] 2 Nos, sliding sash [30mm x 18mm], sliding mesh sash [26mm x 10mm] profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm X 100mm long fasteners. S&F factory made single rebated Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door Frames / Chowkat comprising of size 45mm x 85mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calicium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk / wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category, with properties of termite / borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasterners, of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, (M.S hold fast / lugs or ss dash fasterners shall be paid for separately)
