Clearing of plot including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm, including clearing the climbers/plants in nearby structures and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared, all as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground for lead up to 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – all work up to plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) work at all levels, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of RCC precast structures from within the premises of FACT-CD to the specified locations of pipe sleepers as indicated in the GFC drawings, with a maximum travel distance of 3 km.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete above plinth level – Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel work in single/built-up sections, bolted or welded at all levels including cutting, welding, hoisting, erection, MS bolts, grit/shot blasting, scaffolding, frames, tarpaulin protection and painting as mentioned in 'Specific requirements of work'.

Steel work in built-up hot finished welded tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) for handrails including cutting, hoisting, erection, MS bolts, grit/shot blasting, scaffolding, tarpaulin protection and painting as mentioned in 'Specific requirements of work'.

Supplying, fabrication, erection and alignment of factory made electroforged hot dipped galvanised grating units with mild steel (minimum galvanisation 240 gsm) conforming to IS:2062 in platforms/walkways/staircases with edge binding strips, anti-skid nosing, clamps, fittings, fixtures, taxes, duties, machinery, packing, grinding, drilling, welding, galvanization, installation, labour, modifications, locking arrangements and all incidental expenses complete at all levels. Gratings shall be fabricated based on actual site measurements.
