Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials from site after accounting in credit schedule and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down main switches, DBs with sheet metal enclosure 4/ 8 way SPN/ TPN MCBs, MCCBs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded, copper conductor through PVC casing and capping 20/ 25 mm size with accessories with modular metal flush boxes of suitable size & modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provision of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade, multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully existing serviceable Ceiling fan/ Wall mounted fan including removing cable end connections, etc. and removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, re-hanging the ceiling fan with down rod after rewiring including clamps, hooks, hold fasteners etc and connecting up, including making electric connection from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable exhaust fan including removing cable end connections, etc. removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, re-fixing the exhaust fan connecting up after rewiring, including making electric connection from ceiling rose/ connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.
