Part "A" providing high mask lightening with Pole and Other allied work, Supply and commissioning of 9-metre high GI High Mast Lighting Pole, complete with electrically operated winch system, winch motor, steel wire ropes, electrical accessories, and all fittings, designed and fabricated as per approved structural calculations to withstand wind load and harsh weather conditions. The mast shall have a hinged access door at the bottom for housing winch drive and electrical terminations. It shall include high-mast accessories comprising head frame with 3-point suspension system, 6 mm dia steel wire rope, and carriage ring suitable for mounting 8 Nos. 400 W luminaries in symmetrical, self-balanced arrangement. The mast shall be of tapered circular design with bottom dia 360 mm (4 mm thick) and top dia 150 mm (3 mm thick), complete with base plate 750 mm × 750 mm × 12 mm with anchor bolts, as per site requirement and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of 4 Core × 25 sq. mm, 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated power cable, having stranded aluminum conductor, galvanized steel flat/round wire armoring, and extruded PVC outer sheath of Type ST-2, confirming to IS: 7098 (Part-1) and IEC: 60502 (Part-1) standards. Supplying, laying, and drawing of PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed industrial cable, 3 Core × 4 sq. mm, flexible copper conductor, 1.1 kV grade, conforming to IS: 694, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Universal / Grandlay / Gloster / DJB approved make.

Supply of 200 Watt LED flood light, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, long-life type, fabricated with exclusive die-cast aluminum housing, non-integral driver, and IP66 protection, suitable for high-mast lighting application, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells / Bajaj / C.G. / Philips. Or DJB approved make

Providing and installation of earthing system with G.I. earth plate of size 600 mm × 600 mm × 6 mm thick, including all accessories such as G.I. watering pipe of approximately 2.7 metre length, charcoal/coke and salt as required, complete with brick masonry inspection chamber having RCC/CI cover plate with proper locking arrangement, including excavation, refilling, and testing of earth resistance, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. strip of size 25 mm × 5 mm on surface or in recess, including necessary clamps, saddles, joints, and fasteners, for earthing/connection purposes as required, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation, and commissioning of Astronomical Time Switch, suitable for mounting in feeder pillars/lighting distribution boards, for automatic ON/OFF operation of street lighting at sunset/sunrise or twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes), with manual override facility, 12/24-hour display format, relay status indication, and complete on-site programming. The system shall have three independent outputs (one per phase) suitable for three-phase power supply and shall be complete with provision and fixing of 125 Amp MCCB – 1 No., 32 Amp SP MCB – 8 Nos., indicating LED fittings – 3 Nos., metering arrangement, and 6 Amp SP MCBs for control circuits, including all interconnections, wiring, accessories, testing, and commissioning, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of shallow foundation for high mast lighting pole using M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete, designed considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10 T/sq. mtr. at site, including excavation up to 2.5 metres depth, provision of reinforcement using 12 mm and 10 mm dia TMT bars @ approx. 45 kg per sq. mtr., centering, shuttering, concreting, curing, backfilling, and disposal of surplus earth, complete with all materials and labour. Foundation size: 1.0 m × 1.0 m × 2.5 m, complete in all respects as per approved design, drawings, and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE insulated power cable of 1.1 kV grade, of size up to 35 sq. mm, directly in ground, including excavation of trench, provision of sand cushioning, protective covering (bricks/tiles as required), refilling and compaction of excavated soil, and restoration of surface to original condition, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of 65 mm dia heavy-duty HDPE pipe, including all necessary fittings, joints, excavation, laying, alignment, testing, and backfilling, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and making end termination of 4 Core × 25 sq. mm (approx. 22 mm OD) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade, using brass compression type cable glands and aluminium compression lugs, including crimping, dressing, identification, and all accessories required for proper termination, complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation and commissioning of high mast tower components, including the pole, winch assembly, steel wire rope, and LED light carriage ring, ensuring smooth and efficient operation during raising and lowering of the carriage. The work shall be executed using all necessary tools, tackles, and machinery, along with provision of appropriate safety equipment, in strict compliance with site requirements and under the guidance and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Loading, unloading, cartage, and transportation of the above-mentioned high mast pole up to the site, including all associated charges such as heavy labor, handling, and incidental expenses, in accordance with site requirements and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Testing and commissioning of LED lights installed on the high mast pole, including associated cables, panels, and other accessories, ensuring verification of all electrical connections prior to energization. The work shall be carried out in accordance with site requirements and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The testing shall include, but not be limited to: Continuity and Earth Testing: Verification of phase-to-phase, neutral-to-body, neutral-to-earth, and phase-to-earth continuity. Functional Testing: Ensuring proper operation of all installed LED lights and associated control systems.

Part "B" Internal, external wiring, Street lightening etc, General electrification for Staff Quaters Okhla (Type I-01 No.) TypeIII-14 Flat(1 Bhk), & Type-I ( 6 Flat) at Okhla Water Works premises Okhla WTP. Wiring for light point/ fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group B ( DSR 2023 1.8.2 )

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, singlecore cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. i) 2 x 10 + 1 x 6 sqmm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing of suitable size G.I box with modular plate and cover in front or surface in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connection etc

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit/Batten along with all accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. i) 20mm

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole ( L&T/Siemens/Hagger and DJB approved make )

Supplying and fixing following 63 amp, double pole, 240 volts, DP MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. ( L&T/Siemens/Hagger and DJB approved make )

Loading, unloading, cartage and transportation charges for the above pole up to the side i/c charges of heavy labour etc. as per site requirement.

Testing and commission of complete work in the presence of Engineer-in-charge with full satisfaction.
