Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and removing to store complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and disposing off from site complete all as specified

S&F 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified.

S&F factory made 30mm 2 class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

S&F fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thick. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class Hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastics paneled door shutter of required colour & approved colour and manufactrures made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polister resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steer primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate forpanels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames. The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Plain colour PVC sheet 2mm thick fixed or laid on to aluminium doors by using rubber based adhesive, supplying & fixing at site as per specification complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified

S & F in repairs aluminium grills with and including suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section as required manufactured by M/S Decogrill and equivalent as per design No DG-104 7.5 mm thick all as specified and directed.

S&F in repais Aluminium alloy wire cloth,0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12 mm thick toughened glass for door, partition etc. of any size and side portions of toughened glass fixed to wall / floor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate gel to make water tight, edges with diamond cut including taper drilling to flush the screws / all fitting as required, floor hinges, patch fitting top, bottom and sides, lock and handles, spider joint etc. and floor door spring as per requirement all as specified, required at site by manufacturer instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8 mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality pin headed type and glazing with Aluminium snap beading with rubber Neoprene packing in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified.

Taking down aluminium decogrills and refixing in the same opening including cutting of decogrills if required etc all as directed

Taking down and Repair to steel gate of garrage/entrance etc of size exc 3sqm by taking down and necessary welding work including welding of Hinge, Cleats, MS Plate, MS Sheets etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Welding work will be carried at site by arrangement of welding machine without any extra cost to the Government.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles,of size 300x200x 7 to 8mm thick of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado / risers of step etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles fixed over & including backing coat of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, premium quality, coloured (of approved shade and design), 10mm thick, of superior quality, (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm,joint free, as in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per above item No. 30.00 but vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etcincluding screed bed layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and rough for receiving tiles on vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, compound wall etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick Granite work in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat?forms laid over CM 1:4 , 15mm tk cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

Fixing only in High or low level fluslhing cistern retrived fromexisting IWC/EWC OR Angilo Indian type (exclusive of brackets), and connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, if any complete all sapecified and as directed By Engineer in Charge

M&L Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down old roof treatment of any description including plaster, cement concrete etc. and removing old material outside MD land exc 1Km and not exceeding 5 Km completely all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, add WPC @3% of cement weight(WPC paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 4 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c ) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

M&L for Special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages upto depth 50cm depth : Stage 1: Demolition/Dismantling of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of plaster seal. Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing of Dr Fixit Pidicrete for the sunken portion of toilets/bathrooms (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP Stage 7. Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof and layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Stage 8:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 25mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Make : Dr Fixit ,Krishna, Sika ,Chemistik or Equallent make approved by GE

S&F in repairs for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade S-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement
