Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work;using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum Extra cement above the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately as per approved mix design.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.10 x 160 mm.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Cement concrete in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the engineer in charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motorgrader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 50 mm nominal dia Pipes.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittigns and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. 50 mm dia. Nominal bore.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :50 to 80 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 50 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws including excavation,refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required : 50mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. H D - 20. Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter.

Water proofing of water storage RCC structures with following operations.1.Surface preparation appropriate crack filling,repairs and cleaning etc.complete.2.All construction /cold joints in the retaining wall shall be opened in V-groove size to maximum depth of 25mm and fixing PVC Nozzle between 50cm center and injecting cement,water,Dr.fixit pidilite AM slurry through proper grouting pump /mechine and sealing the joints with polymer modified morter using cement sand =1:4 and Dr.fixit pidilite URP @1KG per bag of cement .After grouting the nozzle must be cut and levelled with the walls. 3. ANGLE FILLET : All the junction of floor and vertical sides shall be provided with cement sand screened based angle fillet 75mm x 75mm including the reinforcing the coating with application of base coat Dr. fixit fastflex and sticking 40gms glass fiber mesh and applying second coat of Dr.fixit fastflex on angle fillets. 4. Providing and applying two component high performance polymer modified cementitinious flexible water proof coating Dr.fixit fast flex @ 2.4kg for 2 coat (1.2kg/sqm/coat).5. providing and applying polymeric water proof plastering with CM : 1:4 of thickness 15mm for floor and walls with integral liquid active plasticizing agents dr.fixit pidilite LW @ 0.2litre/bag of cement as per manufactures specifications etc.

Providing and laying polythene sheet 400 micron thick confirming to IS 2508 anto friction layer on the surface course complete as per specifications with specified overlaps between adjacent and transverse strips, only plan area will be measured for payment. as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing brass gate valve of ZOLOTO or equivalent in water supply line, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing PVC foot step reinforced with 12mm dia MS rod having length 165mm width 170mm, thickness 25mm for UG sump tank or overhead water tank etc.

Carrying out Structural design of elevated (Around 10 mtr) Rectangular Over Head Tank of cappacity 50000 litres for the given SBC by AAI and submission of detailed structural design and drawings etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Incharge. The design and drawing shall be vetted by Civil structural department of any Government Engineering college.
