Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Air conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position, 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, checking serviceability of wiring & parts, painting the bottom with one coat of black synthetic enameled paint, brazing, reassembling and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ Item No. 1 &2) (i) Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer shall be taken from department on "as and where installed" basis. (ii) Window/ Split ACs are to be maintained for heating as well cooling , where this provision is in the machine. (iii) The contractor shall ensure and asses at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer in proper working condition, at the time of taking over and he shall be laible to make all listed handed over units functional. (iv) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. (v) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item.

Note :- Spare parts if any requires replacement shall be measured and paid for separately

Taking out defective sealed unit compressor of water cooler of capacity 80 Litre/Hrs of any make and transportation to company for repair and thereafter fixing back the repaired compressor of original make in the existing AC, including welding, brazing of gas pipe line, vacuum pressure for leakage & testing with charging of Refrigerant Gas and testing & commissioning of water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective sealed unit compressor of water cooler of capacity 150 Litre/Hrs of any make and transportation to company for repair and thereafter fixing back the repaired compressor of original make in the existing water cooler, including welding, brazing of gas pipe line, vacuum pressure for leakage & testing with charging of Refrigerant Gas and testing & commissioning of AC complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No. 73 & 74:- Refrigerant Gas required for charging of compressor shall be measured separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted angle iron, MS sheet etc. from rusted and perished body and frame of water cooler/ refrigerator and supply and fixing new MS sheet and angle iron frames etc. using ordinary quality of steel complete including welding and grinding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2;4) type B-1 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kgs/Sqm in lieu of CI cover
