RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection
RequiredThe bidder must be original manufacturer or authorized dealer of original manufacturer only. Registration certificate for manufacturing in case of manufacturer and Authorized dealer must furnish authorization letter from original manufacturer and the same must be uploaded along with the offer
RequiredBidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy
RequiredBidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code
RequiredBidder should submit acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp
RequiredBidder shall quote only for the make, material & service mentioned in the Schedule
RequiredBidder must visit the site and get acquainted with site conditions and modifications required for retrofitting into the existing system before bid submission for submitting the bid as per field requirements. Necessary site visit certificate may be submitted
RequiredBidder shall provide acceptance for pre-dispatch inspection of material at test site with all the charges concerning to factory test, conveyance from the site and accommodation to TGGENCO Engineers to your account only
RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to the manufacturing of the material & carrying out the works in line with the Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) and Field Quality Plan (FQP) uploaded in the tender and if found L1,should submit required drawings along with MQP & FQP in TGGENCO format and get approved from competent authority before manufacturing
RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to submit relevant test certificates and inspection reports for approval before dispatch of material
RequiredBidder should provide warranty for period of 5 years from the date of commissioning for the quoted material
RequiredPayment terms: 100% payment will be made within 30 days after receipt, installation, testing & commissioning of equipment in working condition as per field requirement
OptionalBidder should submit detailed technical specifications mentioning make and model of quoted material with catalogue, if any
OptionalBidder shall provide acceptance ensuring availability of spares/modules of the quoted material for next 5 years & Bidder shall have adequate after sales facility in INDIA
OptionalBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection. The prices should be quoted only online
