Construction of C.C. Spillway Earth work in excavation in foundation of Head work in vall types of soil as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoil by head lead to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoil in uniform layer, dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10mm cube with compaction as directed at site (Including bailing out stagnant water where necessary) A) All types of soil except soil mixed with gravel and boulder (For normal lead of 30 m and lift of 1.50 m) A) Without de-watering.

B) With de-watering.

C.C work in prop. 1 : 3 : 6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard river shingles of size 13mm to 38mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately) i) With shuttering and with de-watering:-

ii) River shingles with shuttering and without de-watering:-

Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in R.C.C work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking, tying etc complete as directed.

R.C.C work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc in proportion 1 : 2 : 4 with hard river shingles of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing, dewatering with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).a) With shuttering and with dewatering:-

Centering and shuttering including proping etc. Where necessary and removal of forms after completion of C.C and R.C.C works complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

Collection & supply of one man size hard river boulder (size 25 cm to 30 cm) including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at site not more than 1.0 m height including paying the forest royalty, sales tax etc including local carriage to work site etc. complete as directed. (Distance from querry to the work site is 60 km)

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including ramming and dressing the site to proper size and shape with local carriage of boulder from a distance of 50 m with lift up to 3.00 m complete as directed.

Collection and supply of hard river gravel of size 6 mm to 20 mm including carriageto the work site and stacking in measurable stacks etc complete as directed.

Labour charge for spreading of hard river gravel / broken stone of size 6 mm to 20 mm to the required thickness including ramming and dressing the seat before laying the materials including all local carriage etc. complete as directed.

Supplying and mixing of rapidite with C.C / R.C.C work under sub-surface water level complete as directed.

12 mm thick cement plastering including clearing the surface and curing etc complete as directed. (Prop. 1:3)

Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtaining from outside borrow pit filling with 15 cm layer, ramming, dressing, watering and compaction including paying compensation land, if any with lead up to 3.00 m and lift 1.50 m.

Afflux Bund and Guide Bund Earth work in filling in marginal bund/ Guide bund/ Afflux bund/ Canal embankment etc. in the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of the embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, dressing, watering and roughening the seat of the embankment before throwing earth, profiling etc., paying compensation of earth borrowed from private land or forest land if any, lead up to 30m and lift up to 1.5m, complete as directed.

Earth work in filling in all soil in Embankments, canals and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 km including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land, if any, loading, unloading, spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15 cm dia & uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cube ramming, profilling etc. with all lift complete as directed. (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50% shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Construction of boulder sausage work of size 1.00 m x 1.00 m, including suppying of all materials with 23 cm to 30 cm size river boulder collected from a lead of 50.00 KM encaged in 15cmx15cm mesh in 8G/10G hexagonal wire netting of filling th voids between boulder tied with 10G/18G galvd tying wire at 30 cm apart laid in position as per direction including necessary local carriage of materials paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1.00 no. of whole Jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.50 m apart driven at least 0.60 m below ground and tying with sausage etc. all complete as directed.

Collection & supply of one man size hard river boulder of size 23 cm to 30 cm including loading,unloading, stacking in measurable stacks at site not more than 1 m. height including paying forest royalty sales tax etc. including local carriage to work site (Distance from quarry to work site = 60.00 K.M.

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including ramming and dressing the site to proper size and shape with local carriage of boulder from a distance of 50 m with lift up to 3.00 m complete as directed.
