SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type hard rock, complete all as specified and as directed. Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Arial bunched cable, 1100 Volts, nominal cross sectional area 35.0 Sqmm, consisting four single core (Three Phase and one Neutral), sizes 4x35Sqmm+35Sqmm, each core screened by an extruded, semi-conducting cable, XLPE insulated and screened again by semi-conducting layer and aluminium tape and XLPE insulation, phase identification tape, twisted around one insulated messenger of 50.0 Sqmm as mention here-in-before, messenger will made out of aluminium and mild steel alloy and over all PVC or polythene sheathed, stretching the cable on existing poles with mild steel anchor clamps, suspension, clamps, hooks, nuts, bolts and washers including cable ends/ straight through joints (in-line connectors), tee junctions as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, 80mm bore, ISI marked including all fitting such as bends, socket, connectors, back nuts, etc, laid in trenches or under floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cable jointing kit with new cable jointing kit for Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for for straight through heat shrink type joint, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm, 3.5-core/4.0-core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor of 10.0 Sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1.0metre apart including 4.0mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged pin type insulator with new pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged shackle type insulator with new shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator size 100mm height, 115mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps 31x5mm and insulator bolts of bolts 14mm dia, washers, nuts, for working pressure 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanised iron strip, size 32x6mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed. Felling/ cutting of tree not exceeding 30cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches along the over head LT/ HT lines/ poles, in 3.0mtrs radius all around the conductor and disposal of material to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and clearing site including making surface even with all necessary tools, plants and manpower, complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-stretching only for aluminium conductor steel reinforced including earth wire, of any size and type, maintaining required sag, fixed poles of any height and type with insulators, fixed with aluminium binding wire including all required labours, tools and plants, including making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Five lines together will be measured as one span from pole to pole (ii) Old conductor shall be provided free for fixing, where required for repairing broken length of conductor.

Preparation of surfaces of old painted steel tubular swaged poles LT poles of any size, any section and any height, cleaning the surface with mild steel wire brush and painting pole with one coat of black and white synthetic enamel paint in alternate strips, 30 cm thick each, up to 1.50 mtrs height from the top of coping including marking pole Nos with synthetic enamel paint, in uniform size black colour paint on circle with yellow paint, including painting rest height with two coats of aluminium colour painting with cross arms, bracing, clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old damaged earth strip with new aluminium strip, size 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc.; fixed along with external surface from lightening arrester at roof top to test point conductors above ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Wooden block for fixing air termination rod, cubical shape, and heavy weight, size 30x30x30cm with hole of 20cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, 20mm bore, ISI marked including all fitting such as bends, socket, connectors, back nuts, etc, laid in trenches or under floors/walls for fixing of air termination rod, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable air termination rod of any type with new Air termination, Five pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw, including box, size 90x90x90mm made of 1.6mm thick plain galvanised iron sheet and screws for fixing for protection of test point, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 320 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed.
