Repair and Renovation of Compound Wall Including Reconstruction and Colouring in the premises of Sub-Collectors Residence Building at Nabarangpur for the year 2025-26

Dismantling brick or stone masonry works in cement mortar including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m lift from the work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in hard soil in filling road site drain & flank cutting with all leads and lifts including breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth leveling dressing the bed and removing all foreign materials including roots, brushes and depositing the soil in layers and rolling, with PRR for ordinary compaction as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm. in depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth using Flay Ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75Kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Fly ash Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 23cm x11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.Cm, including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling & similar such type of works with all necessary projections. watering and curing for 7 days immersing the brick in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm. size hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm (6 Inch) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, watering and curing, sundries and T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade having a minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 4 (Four) weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beeds where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in in proper position in all floors as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of JINDAL / SAIL welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm.(1/2 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing , cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc . complete in all respect in all floors.

16mm.(5/8 Inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Cleaning the wall surface to receive paint including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Priming one coat to wall surface using water bound cement primer including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials paint labour T&P etc complete in all respect.

Finishing wall surfaces with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost & conveyance of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.

Painting two coats with weather seal over a coat of primer after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect.

Priming one coat to steel surface using approved primer including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials paint labour T&P etc complete in all respect.

Providing enamel painting two coat over a coat of primer to wood or iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
