(II) Extra 4 Nos. rest days / month if required to pay. [For New Building] [Note :- Engaged 1 Group of 4 Persons/ Building, Quantity = (1 No. Building * 1 Group * 4 days/Month) * 12 Month = 48 days]

(I) Engagement of 1 No Mathor/Sweeper for cleaning, washing and sweeping the toilets of Santasree everyday using necessary approved components & naphthalene ball for further disinfections and also cleaning the silt, bats & other foreign materials for surface drain of whole compound of Bungalow Complex wash by water with bleaching powder, oxalic acid as and when required as per direction of E.I.C. [For New Building ] [Note :- Engaged 1 No. Mathor/Sweeper/ Building, Quantity = 1 No. Building * 1 No. Mathor/Sweeper * 12 Months = 12 Months]

(II) Extra 4 Nos. rest days / month if required to pay. [For New Building ] [Note :- Engaged 1 No. Mathor/Sweeper/ Building, Quantity = (1 Nos. Building *1 No. Mathor/Sweeper * 4 day) * 12 Months= 48 days]

Cleaning and washing all the floors using necessary liquid soap, oxalic acid and other washing disinfecting component of approved ISI brand with spraying necessary room fresheners like citronella after cleaning and washing including keeping the doors , windows walls, ceiling, stairs and grills free from dirt and dust through swab and rubout the surface of the rest shed cum inspection Bungalow, Laboratory everyday including cleaning the floor carpet by using the vaccume cleaner and also cleaing the roof of all building and premises by sweeping broom stick brush as and when required as per direction of EIC. Engaged of 2 Nos suitable liaison personnel for care taking duty of rest shed keeping necessay arrangement for drinking water at all the rooms and preparation of bed by cleaning bed sheet, pillow cover etc. and all other related best service to the guest/Boarder by suppervising the work of engaged connected personnel for the purpose and also time to time reporting to the department engaged officials about smooth running of boarding through out the working period as and when the time will be fixed by authority. All the duty should be performed as per direction of E.I.C. [For New Building ] [Note ;- Engaged 1 Group of 2 Persons/ Building, Quantity = 1 No. Building * 1 Group * 12 Months = 12 Months]

(II) Extra 4 Nos. rest days / month if required to pay. [For New Building ] [Note ;- Engaged 1 Group of 2 Persons/ Building, Quantity = (1 No. Building * 2 Persons * 4 Days) * 12 months = 96 Days]

Cleaning, washing and disinfecting under ground / overhead tank upto  2000 litre Water Tank including masonry reservoir for domestic purpose with bleaching  powder, alum etc. at least two times in a month at  Rest Shed  cum Inspection  Bangalow. (a) For New Building [Note:- 1 Group of 4 Nos. Tank (BGL 2 Nos. + OHR 2 Nos.) / Building, Quantity = 1 Group * 12 Months = 12 Months]

Replacing/Renewing and maintenance of all types of plumbing works by engaging Pipe line Mistri (Excluding pipes and specials & fittings) as and when necessary at all the structures of Rest Shed cum Inspection Bungalow. [For New Building ] [Note :- Engaged 1 No. Plumbing Mistri / Building, Quantity = 1 No. Plumbing Mistri * 1 No. Building * 12 Months = 12 Months]
