One Time Corrective maintenance

One-time Corrective maintenance (major & minor) and replacement of LED luminaries and below-mentioned other equipments as per the technical specification mentioned in the RFP while considering the Buyback method.

Supply, replacement, fixing, testing & Commissioning of the following ratings of LED street light fixtures having pressure aluminum housing, System lumen output of 10800 lumen and 15000 lumen for high mast by using high power SMD LEDs, driver efficiency >=90%, power factor>=.95, surge protection >10KV, THD<10%, IP rating IP66, IK rating: IK07, heat resistance toughened glass with IK07 impact resistance, graduation disc for precise aiming of flood lights. The light fitting. luminaire , efficacy >120 lumen/Watt, correlated color temperature 5700K+-500K, color rendering index>70, lumen maintenance L90 at 50000 hrs,THD<10%. The luminaire is designed to consider maximum uniformity and average lux as per the direction of EIC.

Supply, replacement, installation, testing & Commissioning of CCMS Feeder Pillar Panel box with foundation and all complete as per the direction of EIC. (as per the technical specifications mentioned in the RFP)

Supply, replacement, laying, termination, joints, testing & commissioning of 1X35 Sqmm + 1X25 Sqmm LT XLPE AB Cable with other required accessories along with as per direction of EIC. (as per RFP technical specifications.)

Supply & Fixing of I-Hook (Complete Set)

Supply & fixing of Outreach diffent sized GI Arm with dia range 45-80 mm with support clamps as per site requirement and directed by EIC.

Supply, replacement, laying, end termination, joints, testing & commissioning of 3.5C X 25 Sqmm LT XLPE Ar. Cable with End termination, Removing of old cable, conduiting , excavation and back filling in direction of EIC.

Supply, replacement, laying, end termination, joints, testing & commissioning of 4C X 16 Sqmm LT XLPE Ar. Cable with End termination, Removing of old cable, conduiting , excavation and back filling in direction of EIC.

Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of Earthing with G.I earth pipe 3mtr. Long 40 mm dia ISI mark including accessories and providing masonry encloser with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal and salt as required as per BIS specifications.

Providing, fixing and replacement of 8 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with cables etc as per direction of EIC.

Providing, fixing and replacement of 25 mm X 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance _Street Lighting (Including AMC and O&M)

1st Year

Comprehensive maintenance (Including AMC and O&M) of all LED luminaries, Poles, CCMS feeder pillar Panels and other relevant equipments ancilary to the street lighting avail across all stretches as per the technical specification mentioned in the RFP including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance including repair/ replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warranty and guarantee of repaired/ replaced parts.

2nd Year

Comprehensive maintenance (Including AMC and O&M) of all LED luminaries, Poles, CCMS feeder pillar Panels and other relevant equipments ancilary to the street lighting avail across all stretches as per the technical specification mentioned in the RFP including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance including repair/ replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warranty and guarantee of repaired/ replaced parts. (Note: O&M Fee per year for street lighting fixture & other equipments will undergo a 5% annual escalation(From 1st year Onwards)

3rd Year

Comprehensive maintenance (Including AMC and O&M) of all LED luminaries, Poles, CCMS feeder pillar Panels and other relevant equipments ancilary to the street lighting avail across all stretches as per the technical specification mentioned in the RFP including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance including repair/ replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warranty and guarantee of repaired/ replaced parts. (Note: O&M Fee per year for street lighting fixture & other equipments will undergo a 5% annual escalation(From 2nd year Onwards)

4th Year
