EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reconed from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick including frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in CM 1:6 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 (internal & external) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exe 50 mtrs 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for base and PCC coping 15mm thick 1:2:4 using 12mm graded aggregate all as specified and as directed.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
M & L for disc insulator porcelain vitreous brown and socket type two in series assembly with cast aluminium 4 U bolt tension hardware and tension clamps for conductors working pressure HT 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for LT panel (Feeder Pillar) made out 3 mm thick outdoor type CPRI approved) with openable Front door including locking arrangement with Al bus bar 630 amps rating and fixed on angle iron frame and PCC plinth comprising with following:-
Supply, fixing, connecting and testing of OEM Manufactured APFC Panel with 7% Aluminium reactor of capacity 125 KVAR (Output) @ 440Vac. The stage ratings shall be 2x12.5 KVAR +2x25kvar + 1 x50 KVAR .The APFC Panel shall be fully type tested at an Independent Laboratory and shall comply with IEC 61439-1&2 and IEC 61921, IS-16636-2017.The degree of protection of enclosures system of the APFC Panel shall be min. IP41 in accordance with IEC 60529.The capacitor bank shall be Internet of things (IoT) enabled and communicable/ integrable with BMS The APFC Panel shall be (outdoor) type conforming to IS13341:1992 & IS 13440:1993 floor mounted design, weather, dust and vermin proof suitable for humidity up to 95%. Average daily temperature: +35°C max, Ambient temperature: -5°C to 55°C, Maximum altitude: 2000 m. Makes- ABB / Schneider / Siemens / L&T. The OEM's specified cannot authorize any other partners / sub vendors to manufacture APFC Panels on their behalf. The APFC Panel manufactured by OEM's only will be accepted & factory acceptance test ( FAT ) will be carried out at OEM's plant only. As equipment shall be comprising of the following:-
(A) Insulated bus bar pan assembly made from Aluminium and rated of 300 Amps capacity. The short circuit withstand capacity shall be 50 KA / 1 Sec (Icw) for the main bus bar and the rated impulse withstand voltage shall be 6 KV. (B) The incomer of the APFC Panel shall be a 250 Amp, MCCB, 3P, 50kA TMD type with O/L & S/C protection, Ics = 100% Icu, MCCB shall have standard extended rotary handle, spreaders, phase barrier. MCCB shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1,2 & 3. (C) Capacitor Units: The capacitor unit shall be metalized polypropylene film with Zn / Al alloy. The capacitors shall be encapsulated in an aluminium can. The capacitor unit shall have a rated voltage of 525V and shall have a maximum over current capacity of: 2.5 In. The capacitor unit shall have a built in 3 phase over pressure protection and shall have discharge resistors (50V in 1min) factory fitted and shall be tamper proof. Capacitance Tolerance -5%, +10%. Maximum permissible over voltage 1.1 x Un, 8 h every 24 h. The capacitor unit shall be of certified design confirming to IS-13340-1993, 13341-1992 & IEC -60831-1&2. (D) Short-circuit and Overload Protection: Each stage of the APFC Panel shall have a suitably rated MCCB for short-circuit and overload protection. The over-current setting shall be adjustable & Breaking capacity Ics=> 36kA. The MCCB shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1, 2 & 3. The Detuned Reactor (Copper Wound) should be equipped with Thermal Switch inside the Winding which should cut-off the respective contactor in case of Over-temperature. Tolerance of reactors shall not exceed +/-3% of rated value.
(E) PF Regulator/ APFC Relay: Advanced Range PF Regulator / micro-processor based APFC relay having 12 steps with a LCD Display, Voltage Range: 90V - 550V, 50 / 60Hz, CT Input: 1A/5A with a built in RS 485 communication port. The PF Regulator shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 61326. (F) Stage Contactor: The capacitor duty contactors shall be rated for 230 Volts AC and shall be 3-pole type and shall be employed for switching 'on' and switching 'off' operations in capacitor banks. The contactor shall be AC- 3 duty type. The contactor shall be of certified design confirming to IEC 60947-1 & 4-1. (G) Reactor: - Harmonic block reactors copper wound with 7 % filtering factor shall be connected in series with each capacitor stage and shall be of iron cored type. The Reactor should be equipped with Thermal Switch inside the Winding which should cut-off the respective contactor in case of Over-temperature. Tolerance of reactors shall not exceed +/-3% of rated value. The reactors shall be of certified design confirming to IEC-60076 - 6. (H) Ventilating fans of required size shall be sued to dissipate the heat produced by the capacitor bank components like the capacitor units, reactors, contactors, breakers etc. The capacitor banks should be of type tested design and temperature rise test report of the capacitor bank performed at an independent laboratory should be submitted along with the offer.
Note:-The APFC Panel described as above complete in all respect as per specification enclosed, up to the entire satisfaction of engineer In Charge.To ensure safety, reliability and accountability of component co ordination, all the major capacitor bank components such as capacitor units, de tuning reactors, PF controllers, circuit breakers, contactors and the enclosure system called for in this specification should preferably be from a single manufacturer. The OEM shall preferably manufacturer PFC components and switch gear.
