Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of wall by Complete removal of existing treatment, applying two coat of acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade 100% acrylic) on external walls, soffits of chajjas, roof slabs and beams surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of new plastered surface and applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic based (100% Acrylic) exterior Grade over a coat of self primer, complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

S&F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, angle iron, horns, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and including notching / drilling holes, similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing height, coping and similar works incl. all necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying 1 coats synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and wel ramming in layers not exceeding 25m thick each layer as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over confirming to grade of steel Fe-500D/550D, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia confirming to grade of steel Fe-500D/550D in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggr), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished fair & even on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde e-165. (The mild steel should be pre galvanised before fixing at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire barbed with 2.24 mm dia bars at 75 mm specing and straining & fitting to any type of standard rails straning bolts, including securing or tving at crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of steel barbed wire to be measured.

S&F of galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050 mm dia (dia of coil with unstretched) and fixed to angle iron with and including of 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: one coil weighing approxmately 12 to 13 Kg shall not be stretched more than 6.50 RM span.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

S&F 0.56mm thick aluminium sheet made to shape fixed to the RCC columns with screws at crumple sections complete all as specified and directed.
