Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimetres), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completeand as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Wall painting two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams (Fifty grams)/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm (Twelev millimetres) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg (Three point three kilograms) per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 6 mm (Six millimetres) thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. (frame work to be paid seperatately) complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm (Fifteen millimetres) C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm (Thirty two millimetres) C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm )five hundred fifty into four hundred millimetres) with a pair of 15 mm (Fifteen millimetres) C.P. brass pillar taps complete and as per direction of Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
