LED for lighting, 20mm granite/ marble flooring, Natural mirror of half car height

and full car width provided on rear wall of car, Round handrail in Stainless steel

finish provided on rear wall of car, Car operating panel at Half height - surface

mounted and dimension of car is 1200 mm wide x 1800mm deep x 2200 mm

direction of the Engineer in Charge. The Shop Drawings & all designs is to be

got approved from EIC/consultant by the contracator before commencing this

work. These rates are inclusive for obtaining statuary license from concern

authority by the contrctor. Note: The cost of Dismantling of Old Lift and allied civil

& electrical works required for the proper completion of the said job is inclusive in

this cost and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Buy Back Value of Old Lift and its accesries, spared after dismatling and

its replacement. The loading, unloading and transportation etc. of this item are

to be done by the contractor at its own cost.
