RequiredFurnish copies of recently issued / executed POs or performance certificates issued within the last five FYs, i.e., FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, for the supply of SKF / FAG (Schaeffler) / NTN make bearings / adaptor sleeves to Power Utilities / Government Orgs. /PSU / reputed private orgs (Detailed in the pre-qualification Criteria of special instructions of section -I)

RequiredThe bidder shall submit technical specifications / product catalogue / brochure / datasheet, as applicable, for the offered materials, clearly indicating the make, model / part number, item description and relevant technical details.

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped.

OptionalDeclaration that the company is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department / PSU due to any reason.
