Water Treatment Plant (1.7MLD capacity)

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of packaged water treatment plants(unconventional type) of 1.7MLD capacity with(20 hours operation) comprising of Lamella Clarifier, Static Mixture Flocculation Tank(SMFT), Multi grade Filter(MGF) with best quality filter media, Lime/coagulant/ polymer dosing system, hype chloride dosing system, raw water feed pump/ clear water transfer pump (either or) sludge transfer cum recirculation system, filter feed pump & back wash pump, including all fittings like valve and other specials fittings and electrical power supply to the different supplied units with MCB panel, internal electrification with lighting arrangement within treatment plant site with provision of chemical storage and water testing laboratory facility should be from a reputed manufacturer/ authorized distributor/ authorized dealer confirming to relevant IS code and certified by ISO-90001-2008 & 14001. As per letter no. - 5045/dt-02/06/18 of RWS & S, BBSR(O) (As per Annexure-A) (The contractor is to approve all structural design & drawing from State Technical Agency IGIT,Saranga /CET,BBSR /VSSUT,Burla /NIT,Rourkela/IIT,BBSR at his own cost)

Laying of pipe line ,Head works, Other Balance Works Supplying all materials labour T&P design, drawing ,soil testing etc. complete in all respect for construction of Compound wall , gate Pillar .Laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as UPVC,HDPE,ASTM, G.I /CI, MS pipes line etc along with required fittings & specials and construction of valve chamber, public stand post, installation of submersible pump with motor in deep Tube well etc.as per detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mention in Schedule-I in DTCN and in ( Annexure-B to D). Materials as required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per Schedule-I in DTCN and as per direction of Engineer in Charge . All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m without any likage in the entire PWS system as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

450 KL Raw water sump On Ground reservoir Design, drawing, construction, errection, testing & commissioning etc of RCC On Ground reservoir or Sump of 450 KL capacity with Cylindrical Container, circular with dome shape covering, full raft using RCC M25 grade by supplying all materials, labour, equipment T & P including testing of soil to ascertain the SBC & other parameters required for design etc fitting & fixing of suitable MS ERW pipe of 200mm dia (confirming to IS:3589:2001) make confirming to Tata/Jindal/Sail to IS specification of required length MS ERW Pipe of 200mm dia for PW to OGR & OGR to rising main including in-let, out let, over flow& fixing of CI puddle collars on the wall of container, CI manhole cover at dome(2 Nos.) with water level indicator, MS ladder outside the reservoir, Aluminium ladder inside the reservoir, RCC vent with brass jally (4) with painting the OGR with 2 coats emulsion paint of approved shade with one coat of white wash etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. (The contractor is to approve all structural design & drawing from State Technical Agency IGIT,Saranga /CET,BBSR /VSSUT,Burla /NIT,Rourkela /IIT,BBSR at his own cost)

Under Ground RESERVOIR (Construction of 100,000 LTR RCC UGR) Supplying of all labour,T&P, material including taxes , testing ,supply of design, drawing , construction,errection,testing & commissioning etc. of RCC Under ground reservoir of 100,000 ltrs capacity with Cylindrical Container, circular with dome shape covering, full raft using CC M-25 , with sand and PCC layers as per approved drawing,supplying, fitting & fixing of 100 mm dia medium grade GI pipe Tata/Jindal/Sail/Nezone make confirming to IS specification of required length from PW to UGR & UGR to rising main including in-let,out-let,over flow & washing line of UGR, anduse of 32 mm GI pipe ladder,aluminum inside the OGR,CI puddle collar,0.6 m dia CI manhole cover at dome(2 Nos.) , RCC vent with brass jally,lightening arrestor, water level indicator with painting the OGR with 2 coats emulsion paint of approved shade with one coat of white wash etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.
