Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, taking down/ laying of cables/ pipes or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables and filling under floor including spreading watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Only punned down volume of sand to be measured).

S&F bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring under roads with mechanical arrangement with 50 mm dia GI tubing without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable across the road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised sheet strip & wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of 120 sq mm 3.5 core including supply and fixing of Aluminium lugs at both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing thermal fixed type MCCB, 4 Pole, 415 volt, 200 Amp rated capacity of breaking capacity 25 KA with sheet metal enclosure and fixing arrangement with clamps, nut bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Indoasian/ Havells/L&T/Legrand.

Supply and fixing electric water heater(Geyser) vertical type of 25 ltrs capacity BEE 5 star rated with copper inner tank including connecting with water tank/supply point sockets complete all as specified & directed. Make : Havells/ CG/Smith/Usha/V-guard

Supply and fixing PVC connection for hot/cold water line 600 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm bib tap long nose with flange cast copper alloy CP fancy type, screwed down screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing tube 15mm bore medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anchor bolt with washer for fixing of 25 ltr geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables 1100 V grade drawn through PVC casing-capping fixed to wall/ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to earth point complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour single pole and Neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 15 Amp complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as directed and specified. Make - Havells/ABB/C&S.

Supply and install hi wall split AC units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 ton complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Hitachi/LG/Carrier/Godrej.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade, 10 sqmm of stranded conductor, heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade conforming to IS for one way SP, 5A with 1.5 Sqmm of cable of nominal area multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm PVC Conduit including accessories on wall/floor/ceiling (on surface) etc with 16G MS pressed steel terminal box with 2.8 mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch, socket outlet etc complete with all accessories/fittings including PVC insulated continuous multistandred copper earth wire (1.5 Sqmm) and connected to common earth dolly complete for the following :- (a) One fan point controlled by one switch.

Supply and Fixing Exhaust fan single phase 300 mm sweep 230 volt, 1400 rpm, heavy duty with Louver shutter complete including necessary cutting & opening, through brick walls for fixing of exhaust fan and making good disturbed surfaces including provision of 4 Nos of nut, bolts and washer of appropriate size, necessary connection with 3 X 0.5 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper wire of length not exceeding 01 m complete dully covered with flexible PVC conduit of dia. 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Schedule'A' Part-II: B&R works

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving/as in sunken portion ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) to receive the top layer of tiles

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and disposal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified

M&L for non skid coloured tiles of size 300x300x 6-7 mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry on flooring jointing white/ coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed tiles of size 300x450x6 - 7 mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry in vertical surface to wall pointing in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each all as specified.

S&F factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. Tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 10mm thick to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at the site as per sample kept with GE's Office.

S/F PVC solid door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.
