Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for cess well cess pits man holes pillar holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling water and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, bed plate, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded agregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions with rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19.00 above but 6 to 8mm dia for stirrups, spacer, binders and -ditto-.

Supply and fix structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia chain link MS galvanisd fencing of size 100 x 100mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fence shall be ascertained through BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia. barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia in fencing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone in dado / skirting laid over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick and M-40 Grade machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 laid over and including 25mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
