Disamntling RCC post or struts any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for running welding in repairs of thickness of metal exc 9mm but n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Flooring, Hard standing, Path etc finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete coloured interlocking paver block with glossy finish ,any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including taking out old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for designer Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 23-25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing made of 5.5mm dia wire with and including PVC coating of 1.3mm thickness and mesh size 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed Note : Per meter weight of chain link brought by the contractor shall be fixed through a BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs,1000 mm dia razor tape concertina coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel comprising of Aluminium base with zinc alloy @150 gm/sqm Conforming to IS 4454 {Part-I] of Grade- SM duly Hot dipped Galvanised and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 36 Nos rounds per 6 m length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb length: 24+/- 1 mm, Pitch between two barbs 35+/- 1mm,Barb width-18.60 mm,Barb Spacing- 36.00 mm ), Spring core Wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ Sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 Grams/Metre and fixing to 'Y' or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts and coating with PxCompound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and directed (Note : Horizntal barbed wire and angle iron supports shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ. After stretching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.)

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar, in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/de-silting of lose mud, rubish etc from covered drain bed after removing and re-placing in its existing poistion of covers including uprooting of vegetation growth thoroughly and wire brushing including flushing with water so as to achieve smoth flow of water in drain of bed width upto 60 cm (soil mud upto 10cm depth) and removing rubish outside MD land and depositing in low laying area complete directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
