Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock,soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unuseful material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures all useful material such as stone single aggregate and slates etectera shall be shorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery for useful stone of 1042.68 cubic metre at the rate of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractors running bill on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm (seventy five into seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) 600mm (six hundred millimetr) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm (forty seven into forty seven millimetre) of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause and MORD technical specification section 1700 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
