Construction of Balance work of Up-gradation of Kelodhar to Patikri Dam road Km. 0/0 to 11/0 under PMGSY-II (Batch-I, 2019-20) Package No.HP-08-539.

Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechanical /Manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechanical transport to designated dumping site and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification MORD Section 1600 and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be removed only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution it shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of useful stone quantity 219.34 cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs:- 65802/- only shall be done on prorata data basis in each running bill for this item.

Excavation in earth work in excavation for structures in all heights and depths in all kindsof soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, , jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiselling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited or why other intermediate classification of soil in dry or saturated conditions including timbering or trenches, shoring, bracing etc. If water is met due to stream flow, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitble diversion, pumping and bailling out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds, setting out conforming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in Charge and transportation surplus soil after back filling to roadway and then disposing off surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping site including its stacking, levelling and dressing in all leads and lifts throuth all modes or transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305. All useful material, such as stones, shingles, aggregates and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads, lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and unseviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand:eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) for plain concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800 and 1200 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1206.3 & 1604.7 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V :20H towards draining face. Complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specifications Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge, clause 1206.6. 614, 709. including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Boulder upron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia G.I.wire conforming to IS : 280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less then 25 kg (twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1301 within all leads , lifts,carriage of materials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of subgrade construction as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 303 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 401 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and spreading soil on a prepared sub-grade, pulverising, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base as per Technical Specification Clause 404 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) size to water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading –II as per technical specification MORD clause 405 By manual mean including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pugmill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel of 80 to 100 KN weight roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical specification MORD clause 406 complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) size to water bond macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading –III as per Technical specification MORD clause 405 By manual mean including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Prime Coat:- Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology ( for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion (SS-I) and water( <1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg organo silane nanotechnology :100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI :200 litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1 Kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MORD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer –in- Charge.

Tack Coat :- (With Silane Nano technology) Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen (RS-I) and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg organo silane:100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI: 200 liter water .Mixing & Spraying: Take 1.4 kg (one point four kilogram) of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg (one hundred kilogram) cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @0.3-0.4 kg per sqm on compacted stone base. Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machery etc .complete as per MORD specifications clause 503 & direction of Engineer –in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads & lifts laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 504 using silane nanotechnology (ZycoTherm) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Proviuding and laying 25mm (Twenty five millmetre) semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 50 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premix with bituminous binder @ 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause-509 using silance nanotechnology including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) and disposal of scarified material with all lift and lead as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 202 and 501.2.2 including within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501 M30 (M-thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars and construction joints solmixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 1500 complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms (two hundred fifty grams) per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete drawing and as per MORTH Technical specification clause 803 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm(eighty millimetre) as per drawings and MORD Technical Specification Clause 1504 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10( M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : two sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement : two point five sand : five graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty Millimetre nominal size) design mix with cement contents not less than 275kg (two hundred seventy five kilogramme) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete pumping or bailing out water de-watering removal of slush as required at site, which may arises at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work in Sub Structure i.e abutment toe wall etc as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 1200 complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification section 300 & 1600 Earth filling (For marshy soil) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe 900 mm(nine hundred millimetre) dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement :two sand) but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets complete as per drawing and MORD Technical specification clause 1101 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying , fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification as per clause 1001 & 1206 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying , fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification as per clause 1001 & 1401 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated /reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure using grade M-20 ( M-Twenty) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than of 330 Kgs(Three hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications for Roads section 800 & 1200 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in sub structure i.e. bed block and dirt walls etc including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 1400 using Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 Kgs(Four hundred kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, etc.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and fixing pavement marker(Cat eyes) made out of ABC 3 metre(Three Metre) plastic of size 128x110x29.5 mm (one hundred twenty eight into one hundred ten into twenty ninepoint five millimetre) with out nail having 50mm(fifty millimetre) stem of ABS, the pavement marker shall be installed with epoxy ABC including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing road side delineators of hieght 600 mm(six hundred millimetre) made of MS pipe of size 50mm(fifty millimetre) of 1.6 SWG having high intensity micro prismatic reflective sheet confirming to ASTM type-XI upto 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) lenght balance 300 mm.(three hundred millimetre) It shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of alternate colour black & white strips.It shall be fixed with 30x30x30cm (thirty into thirty into thirty centimetre) block with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge. clause 806 as per MORTH specification including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and erecting Type -A "W"metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm (three milimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70cm (seventy centimetre)above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channels vertical post 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five milimetre)spaced 2 m (two metre)centre to centre 1.8 m (one point eight metre) high 1.1 m (one point one metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS: 1364, metal beam rail to fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five milimetre), 330 mm (three hundred thirty milimetre) long complete as per MORTH specification clause 811.3 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Construction of random rubble dry masonry for Retaining/Wall and Breast Wall for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical speifications clause 704.6 & 1604.3 including carrige of material with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete pipe 450 mm dia (Four hundred fifty millimetre) NP2 (burried conducts) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing steel R.S.Js/built-up steel sections including cutting, welding/riveting, hoisting, fixing in position for composite girders with shear connectors complete with painting as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1000 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
