Note:- (i) All items in BOQ are for "Materials and labour / Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repair/Replacement/Renewal" unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or Fixing only" in BOQ Bidders are requested to quote their rates accordingly.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each not n exc 0.50 cu.m,getting out any type of soil & returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 by (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for fencing post, complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work confirming to Fe-290 [Grade-E-165] for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc, necessary drilling holes for securing barbed wire etc including bolting or riveting etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 10mm Mild steel round or square bars,in available length Fe-290(Gde-165) as in line bar for fixing of chain link fencing and flat iron complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n. exc 10cm long and dia 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) MS galvanised fencing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type of standards,rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Each line wire to be measured.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying machine pressed / factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block, 60mm thick with 6 mm thick top layers of anti abrasive material of M-35 grade with any colour, design & pattern, & size/ shape, as approved by GE as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine / factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade,at or near ground level, cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

Bush cutting / cutting of tree branches, bushes obstructing the Fencing side, making clearance including removal of rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, railing staircase, ladder, steel post, barbed wire, chainlink fencing, but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slab, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including rounding to edges of kota stone screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- (i)- Quantities are clubbed in BOQ for different Jobs. For which ref. Annexure-I on Sl. page. No. 19 of tender document. (ii)- The contract sum shall be arrived at after duducting amount of schedule of "Credit" from the Total quoted amount
